Ordering food through the Taco Bell app and not receiving items being paid for on a consistent basis. Contacting the restaurant with no resolution. Submitting issue via the app on specific orders with no resolution. Calling the customer service line provided by Taco Bell. No resolution. I have tried to get this location blocked from the app but it will continue to auto select it and I do not know until the order is placed. I have contacted Taco Bell several times to get credit for missing orders and items but they fail to follow up or provide any updates.Business Response

On july 22, 2025 I made a delivery order on the Taco Bell App for $50 and never received it, when trying to get a refund, I called the store and was told it’s not their fault someone stole my food. I had to contact my bank in hope of getting my money back. ORDER ******** It's incredibly frustrating that Taco Company's app uses **** **** for deliveries without clearly telling customers upfront. Many people assume the company handles deliveries directly, but instead, they hand it off to third-party driver, often without notice. This lack of transparency leads to issues like stolen food, and when it happens, Taco Company’s employees just shrug and say there's nothing they can do. It feels like they’re robbing customers twice and once when the food is stolen and again when they refuse to take responsibility. If they’re going to rely on **** ****, they need to make that crystal clear and actually support their customers when things go wrong.Business Response

To whom it may concern ?
I placed an order with Taco Bell, and unfortunately I was handed wrong order plus the drinks were the nastiest ones which were smelling, so everything went to trash because I can’t kill myself by eating extremely nasty , and smelly food. Yes ! I did call multiple of times to the location, but no help , and no one was picking up the phone. Finally, I file a complaint on their website, and after three four days I got an unprofessionally written email from them stating that I provided wrong information which absolutely not acceptable because all my information were absolutely correct. So since no apologies were offered, and no help was offered I called on the number provided, and talk to the store manager. The incompetent ****** lady was extremely rude , and even didn’t offer an apology, also kept telling me I can help i can’t help I can’t help. Like she was repeatedly rude, and repeatedly saying I can’t help. If I’m not wrong her name was Yesenia , so without offering any help hang up on me. I started calling their customer service, and oh boy the customer service is the worst one , and they are extremely annoying, unprofessional, rude , mean, and incompetent. The customer service representatives threatened customers over the phone , and yes the rep named ***** warned me over the phone , and threatened me by not calling , and asking for my refund. The unprofessionalism plus the ****** of Taco Bell employees made me to contact BBB , and file an official complaint about them. They are taking advantage of customers, and insulting customers plus making fun of the customers. They don’t follow the instructions given for orders, and never care about customers. Once swipe your credit or debit cards, then no help will be offered. Shame on you Taco Bell for hiring these kind of ****** people. I want my refund , and will never recommend this racists company to anyone. You lost our respect Taco Bell. ????????Business Response

Yes hello I just order form this store and I have reach out to them twice but no reply one we didn’t get any our order but a few things we only got my moms blow and my sons sweet he wanted and I got a really nasty pizza. But other than that our order was all missing. I did let them know this and all I wanted was my money back. The food also made me sick to my belly and I have the number 2 after this as I didn’t before. This is the worse I have ever had form them and all I want is my money back after this issue it is so sad that when you order food you don’t get your whole order I won’t ever order form them again that’s for sure please help me get my money back thank youBusiness Response

I went into this Taco Bell at 3:15 PM. I tried to kiosk machine to order a fat. Manager started yelling at me when she was making food by drive-through saying you’ve been 86 out of the restaurant three in front of customers it was embarrassing. I did not get to order in front of my spouse we are both disabled. I’m in a wheelchair. She kept yelling and saying she had permission from her district manager. She is not a restaurant manager and kept saying for us to get out ofthe restaurant I called 1800tacobell which is Corporate., and she said there you go again, filing a complaint that’s all you know how to do, that is why you’re not allowed in this Taco Bell now get out of my restaurant! and we left that Taco Bell at 825 9th St. we were not allowed to place an order. We were not allowed to order food. kicked us out. We are both disabled but this Manager we do not know her name just kept yelling at us say we’ve been 86 the Taco Bell we did not do nothing wrong. We did not place an order. We were trying to use the machine. Me and my spouse are disabled. Like I said I’m in a wheelchair. We have not been in there for 2-3 months. And she was just yelling across the restaurant at the top of her lungs for us to get out of the restaurant in front of all thecustomers in the restaurant. It was really embarrassing.Business Response

I went to Taco Bell on 5/31. I used the in store Kiosk. When I checked out it said something went wrong and to pay at the counter. I cancelled the order on the kiosk. It allowed me to do this. I tried ordering again on the kiosk. This time it worked. But it charged me for both times I tried using the kiosk. I informed someone at the store. They said I had to get my refund online. I filled out three different complaint forms on the taco bell site without a reply. I just want my money back. I placed an order for 2 Discovery Luxe boxes. Both of the Avacado Chicken wraps were awful. The chicken was super hard and wasn’t eatable. The Nacho Belgrade I ordered was sloppily made and no beef. They are very unprofessional and their customer service isn’t helpful and resolving issues. It’s been 2 weeks since my visit to the Taco Bell In Whiteville, NC & I’ve called the customer service number 3xs and every time there is an excuse as to why no one from that location has reached out to. My tacos weren't made right, no sauces, drink taste flat, missing nacho cheese and chips It's on my receipt what I ordered it doesn't make any sense to screw a order up so bad when it's clear of what I ordered its on my receipt. The first order did not make it to me so I reorder and my order not right. Thanks for ruining my dinner taco bell waste of money.Door dash would not refund me for issues with my order. It seems to be a consistent pattern at this location everytime I order at night or midnight my order is either wrong, items missing, or order is not made right. I don't have issues when I order during the day. It's always the night shift. If something was out of stock it would be nice if I'm notified. On yesterday June 29, 2025 around 11:30am, I purchased food at Taco Bel* ******* for the cost of $29.84. Last night, June 29, 2025, as I checked my bank account, another transaction was made from Taco Bell in the amount of $9.29. I called Taco Bell at 8:28pm and spoke with a guy who said his name was ********. He said my card was their although he initially stated he had to contact the manager to see if something had been left in the store. After the phone call I placed a complaint on the company website and still waiting for a response. I made contact with the corporate office today around 11:30am. I attempted to call the store again to speak to the manager and spoke to ****** who told me I would have to speak to someone else. ****** also stated that he couldn't find my bank card. I have requested to speak to the store manager which will be the 3rd person that I have attempted to contact. I am 95 miles away from that store and only stopped there after leaving from a track meet in Ft. Worth coming back to East Texas. I was not provided with a receipt but I do have the sticker that was on the bag for my order. I want complete refund from the entire purchase plus the purchase that was made by their employee.Business Response
