      We come here a lot and unfortunately today will probably be our last visit. The last three times we have come here the service and food has been very disappointing. We came with friends last night and had a terrible experience, couldn't get refills on drinks or the syrup for my husband's meal. We hoped it was a fluke and brought our kids back today. My fish was so burnt it stank when it was set in front of me. I was told it would be comped and it was not, I was charged for a meal I did not eat. I asked for queso to go and got beer cheese. Spent well over $250 in a 24 hour period. Seems like the biggest problem is the employees too concerned about their phones instead of their customers, all i saw was people standing around on their phones at the bar and waitress station. We will not be back.
      Was asked to send an email to their general manager on Monday and apparently it's a detective investigation before he can respond to my emails. What a JOKE. Tell everyone you don't care about your customers without saying it. We will spend our money elsewhere.
