      My online order was cold. I placed the order at 130pm on 7/25/2025 for an order at the Mesquite Twxas location located on Town East Blvd. I picked up my order thru the drive thru. The bag was sealed with a receipt that stated in bold letters the pick up time 445pm. The bag did not feel warm/hot. I didn't think about it but when I got home everything was cold. The fries/fish was cold and the box that had the fish was collapsing due to the dried up soaked box. I called & spoke to the manager who told me i should place your order prior to picking up in order to prevent having your order getting cold. Online it gives you an option to schedule your pick up so I did. Apparently this time the order was prepared when I placed the order instead of when I arrived to assure warm/,hot food.

      I would give a 0 of allowed. I went through the drive through one afternoon and used my debit card. Around 5:25pm. The next day at 12:12 my card info was used at Kroger on Dixie highway. I was at Kroger in the Kroger in Clarksville IN and checked out at 12:23. I had my card on my possession and do not give the card info to anyone. Could it be possible that the cashier at drive through window took my card info. How else could the card be used when I have it. People need to be careful when going thru a drive thru.

      The drive through worker
      at Bedford, IN Long Johns had dirty long fingernails.
      Probably never bathes, if did they would be clean.

      I went spent 30 on two meals his fries had 4 literally 4 fries I called she said they weighed them i was the only vehicle n sat there for ten min nothing was weighed and I will not ever go back they have down graded so much over the years it’s a waste of money

      on 8/4/24 at around 1:05 p.m. I placed an order at their orange va. location. the woman took the order, and she rung it up. when i get to the window, i was told that they don't sell chicken, they only sell fish. Keep in mind that that I order the $6.00 chicken basket twice a week. She was rude and racist. This location is known for being racist. This is why they are failing.

      Yesterday July 2nd 2024, my family visited the location in Greenwood IN, My total bill was $66.78, we dined inside, when it was time to make my payment I swiped my card and the woman said the payment didn't go thru swiped again, so I did and she handed me the receipt. We ate and left the store. A hour goes by I checked my bank account and the process 2 payments, I went back to the restaurant and they were no help at all. I called my bank so they new what was going on. Called the corporate office and was informed that they are having this issue at all the locations but refused to give me my money back instead offered a gift card. They shout not be taking debt payment they should have some type of warning sign

      ON 11/11/2023 VETERAN DAY WHERE THERE ALOT OF RESTUARANT THAT WOULD HAVE FED US FREE. BUT NO MY HUSBAND WANTED LJS ME I'M NOT A BIG FAN .WELL WE GET TO DRIVE THRU MY HUSBAND ORDER 4 PIECE FISH AND FRIES AND A DRINK I ASK FOR THE GRILL SHRIMP WITH FRIES AND A DRINK THE YOUNG LADY TAKING OUR ORDER STATES THEY HAVE NO COOK RIGHT NOW SO ALL I CAN HAVE IS BATTER SHRIMP OK THAT'S FINE GET TO THE WINDOW PAY 38.00 FOR 4 FISHES UNDONE BATTER ON THE SHRIMP ONE ORDER OF FRIES WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN 2 AND TWO DRINKS WELL AS WE PULL OFF THERE IS A GENTLEMAN LEANING UP AGAINST HIS CAR IN THE BACK OF THE BUILDING HE HAD ON A LJS T-SHIRT SMOKING HIS WEED I GUESS THAT WAS THE COOK THAT'S WHY I COULDN'T GET GRILL SHRIMP LONG JOHN SILVER GIVE US OUR 38.00 BACK AND YOU WILL NEVER SEE US AGAIN.

      Very disappointed, went in when they opened at 11:00 am paid $30.00 ford food. It tasted like it was from the day before. Each box had 5 fish in it. 3 were about 2 inches long, thinner then maybe a quarter. Heavy grease fries the same. Not even 20 minutes husband was throwing it back up. This was the restaurant in Yukon Oklahoma. Pure nasty.

      I gave them one star for there are no negative numbers. Website says open till 10 pm but always closed at 7, what the hell! Good food but **** service.

      Made $37 online pick up order from Bellevue, Nebraska store. Received 2 order confirmations, web based at time of order, and a confirmation emai with order number, pickup time, and pickup instructions. Credit card was billed instantly at time order. Instructions said to come inside to the counter to pick up my order. However upon arriving at the restaurant all exterior doors were locked. (1:30 pm). I went to the drive thru where I was informed "they aren't doing online orders" Unable to give a refund, would have to go through the website for customer service. Nothing there but a generic "contact us" web form Inspite of leaving 3 messages with details, my phone number and email over the last 2.5 days I've heard nothing from LJS.
      They may not be doing online orders but they have no problem stating they do, then sending bogus order confirmations and instantly billing your credit card for the goods and services they can't provide.
