    We called Cair to come out when our A/C went out in July 2023. The technician diagnosed our problem completely wrong and quoted us a minimum of $3300 to fix or a new unit at $6100. Since our unit was only 7 years old I decided to call a second company to get a another opinion. They came out the next day and told us there was absolutely nothing wrong with our A/C unit but was actually the thermostat. He had the A/C back up and running within 2 hours for a few hundred dollars. I called Cair to request a manager phone call to at the very least tell them what happened. The service manager, Maureen Thompson, was extremely rude, not once apologizing until I called her out on it at which time she asked me if I needed her to write me a letter. I was blown away by her lack of customer service. We will not be using this company ever again and I hope that this review saves others from having the same thing done to them.

    This company is awesome! They show up and get the job done. This goes for everybody we interacted with from sales to installers to office and customer service staff. They do a great job with great products. They are the best.
