This office doesn't even deserve a 1 star!!!! But, I cannot say anything negative about my therapist. However, the APRN and some of the office staff are extremely rude!!!!!! I wouldn't recommend anyone to receive services here except the therapists. I have never felt so degrading. I was not informed my appt with the APRN was ONLY a screening to see if she will take your case. I felt like I was being denied as soon as I sat down for my appointment. Very poor bedside manners. I tried to explain why I was previously prescribed Ritalin, only to be told she wouldn't take me as a client. The Ritalin was not a smart choice for my ADD. I kept trying to explain I was open for suggestions but was told "I would not be accepted." I was quickly dismissed and told I would be refunded my $25 dollar payment. If you have to cancel an appointment, you better make sure it is EXACTLY within 24 hours!!! Alerting the day before (not exactly 24 hours) is not acceptable to them and they will call you wanting to collect $35 AND not very professionally done! I was called to remind me of my appointment the next day for my therapist. I politely advised I felt it wasn't a good idea for me to continue since my appt with the APRN didn't go well. If I were alerted I would have to pay the $35, I would have went ahead and attended the therapist appointment. I have never had such a terrible experience with a medical provider as I have experienced with this office!!!! I am being told I owe $35 dollars for not giving an exact 24 hour notice, AND my $25 dollar credit wouldn't apply. I don't feel I should have to pay the $35 and I would like my refund.
