    I have a “loan” with the company. I have asked multiple times (via email) for an official loan statement (principal, interest, payment). They will not provide me with a statement. They have 3 different “principal” amounts they have given me. Nothing is accurate at all. I also signed a contract to have the payment automatically paid via direct debt of my bank account. They have been making payments via my credit card and charging me a 3% fee. They are also spreading inaccurate information about their products and FDA claims.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    This does not answer my question.  

    I have asked for an official statement. I am requesting balance, plus interest, payment. As you would receive with any loan. The statement they provided does not give the correct information nor do they even have the loan amount correct. See communications they provided.

    I also did not approve the payment to be made via credit card, I gave bank account information for auto payment, they charge my credit card and charge me a fee! 


    I want me payments made via bank debit and reimbursed for the 3% fee they have added to the entire loan. I also want an official loan statement.

    1. This is not an official loan statement 

    2. I am completely over charged for 12% interest. 12% on $4935 is $592.20 I have paid well over $600 at this point.
