"The staff at this location, do not understand proper care and are not held accountable for their actions I have bought four hamsters and a bearded dragon from this location only because of the conditions in which they were living in I knew they needed help three out of the four hamsters had mites were severely terrified of hands when staff was assisting me getting the hamsters they were “scared“ to pick them up so they used a fish container that is used to get fish out of the tanks to pick them up carry them with out trying to make sure they’re not gonna jump no hand block, then proceeded to drop my hamster(s) about 2 feet up from the box into the box this happened multiple times. All of the cages in this location are disgusting not normal wear on the cages." ... Read full review
