    We put the car in the shop at the Mitsubishi on shelbyville rd the Saturday before thanksgiving 2023. The car originally went into the shop for electrical problems. Mitsubishi changed the battery, alternator, and starter or so they say and said the car was running and driving but had a dark draw. This was about 3 weeks ago.Mitsubishi then said they needed to transfer/tow the car to the Clarksville store so their master mechanic can look at it. Their master mechanic was supposed to find the dark draw on the battery. Mitsubishi called today 1/16/2024 and said their master mechanic said there was a loud knocking in the engine and it was in catastrophic failure, which means the car is no longer drivable. When we sent the car there; their was no knocking in the engine/no engine trouble at all. The only problem was and electrical issue, something was drawing power from the battery and the car was dying * ******* *t Mitsubishi in Clarksville said that she had the master mechanic Auddi check for anything that was wrong with the car, he used some starter fluid to get it running and it was knocking and needed a new engine which was a used engine costing $5600 plus tax.

    Worst experience ever. Vehicle wasn’t inspected before I bought it. If it had been inspected I would have passed inspection. The window tint was way too dark. I need and oil change after driving for 2000 miles. Dealership manager told me that the required maintenance just needed reset. I showed him the last window sticker that clearly says MITSUBISHI on it and he said it wasn’t their sticker. Website said vehicle had 27000 miles and it had over 35000 miles and they said the website is always wrong. Have left 4 messages with corporate and they haven’t called back. The manager has pretty much called me a liar whenever I have an issue. I am so over this.

    Well I picked up my vehicle. Not a bit satisfied. Asked for the oil to be changed. Found their papers in my car. It stated check oil if it looks like it had been changed just reset the button. Buttons on steering wheel do not work. Their response inoperable at this time. My REQUIRED MAINTENANCE LIGHT IS STILL ON. When I enter the place of business they don't even speak to me. They also wanted to use warranty to fix the things that are wrong. I know they don't inspect the cars before they place them on the lot for sale because the rental they gave me had a water bottle rolling around and a menu from a restaurant and it had a blue light on the dash that didn't go away. I do not want to hear from them. I am done with this place. I will never buy another car from Mitsubishi. I will also make sure my friends are aware of the kinda service they give to customers.
