5 starsOver the years I have worked with several different mortgage companies. Statewide Mortgage will now be my number 1 company, The reason being is Honesty. Integrity, Caring. Kim R****** was my loan officer. You will NOT be sorry you contacted her. While yes she works for the company Statewide Mortgage she also cares deeply about helping you get a home and if not approved will point out areas you need to work on and then offer you her phone number if you have questions in the future. So if you are looking for a mortgage company I suggest you give Kim a call. She is wonderful.......Review fromQu W

5 stars2nd time using him. He is always reachable and will respond to any questions you have in a timely manner. 5 starsMy wife and I cannot say enough good things about Donnie B*********** at Statewide Morgage. we have used Donnie on several occasions such as refinance and just recently new home loan. even with us moving to Florida, his experience and knowledge really helped us get this loan turned over as smoothly and quickly as possible.
Thanks Donnie we will be using you again in the future if need be.

1 starTold them I had Bank Ruptcy paid over a year ago ahead of time, Ryan still went into my credit report and I was denied. My score high enough to purchase home and I have 50k to put for down payment and first time home buyer! I feel as though he should have just said he couldn't help because I already have someone ready to give me pre approval letter (several matter of fact). They pick and choose I call him back and of course caught him in a lie. They harass you so much! But I have other lenders. I took the class so he thought he could tell me anything. Beware backdoor discrimination cause they do ask. It's sad,God doesn't like ugly!

5 starsI cannot express how grateful I am for Cleve at Statewide Mortgage. I had an unusual situation, requiring many steps in order to complete my loan. I could not have gotten this done anywhere else. But Cleve stuck in there with me the entire time until the deal was completed. He is so helpful, intelligent and patient. I call loan officers like this heavy-lifters, as some aren’t committed to do the extra work. But Cleve will. He’s the absolute best. And my life has considerably improved because he was able to help me. So if you are considering Cleve at Statewide Mortgage, he is your guy!!Review fromAmber D

5 starsAfter being treated poorly and feeling as if our needs were not heard by other mortgage lenders, my wife and I switched to Statewide Mortgage. We were immediate beneficiaries of this switch as we were met with a "treat you like family" mentality. Our loan officer, Cleve Stone, made sure to specifically tackle and address the needs we had so that we could move into our forever home we had already begun building under another lender. There's nothing scarier than to hear that you might not be able to move into the home you've already been building! However, Cleve and Statewide Mortgage were able to make this a smooth and seamless process and redeem the situation. We're sorry to hear that our client had a bad experience. The appraisal for the home - entirely out of our control - came back with a value under the contract price and caused a major delay in the financing process. We have reached out to all parties involved and are awaiting a response.
