    There is a new trend for BIG CORPORATIONS to buy up mobile home parks and systematically raise the rents and incorporate MONEY GRABS any way they can. The most outragious has been the practice of FORCED INTERNET Fees. Weather you have a contract with another provider or not, they have automatically added Spectrum internet fees of $65 per lot to the rent and other fees. The REASON it is such a money grab is that many of the residents already qualified for & were receiving the $30 a month rate FROM SPECTRUM before the new practice took place. YET these same individuals MUST NOW PAY $65 each month to the park anyway. I'm pretty sure that the PARK is now getting this reduced rate for drumming up so much business for Spectrum in a small area. Unfortunatly, that poses a problem since the excessivly concentrated useage IS UNATTAINABLE for Spectrum to supply. Therefore the Service is TERRIBLE at best. Constantly going out for days and always having to be the one to make the calls on something that IN THE CONTRACT SAYS THAT:" they don't supply and is up to us to get our own". This practice is so disgusting that even the DECENT MANAGERS are leaving and finding other forms of work that allow them to sleep better at night.
    I filed a complaint with the consumer protection agency and was recomended by my own lawyer that I should also look for a Pro-Bono attorney, since the majority of residents of these parks can't afford big legal bills ( Basicly WHY these Corporations do this to those who can least likely afford to fight them on it ) Yet the state of Kentucky, Jefferson County specifically, only has one Legal Aid office with backlogs of cases pending.
    Like Everybody else on here, 1 star is required to make a position known, yet you know they don't even deserve it.

    So they added a $65 dollar charge to our bill without permission! It is supposed to be for internet and cable that NEVER works. I ask for a work order and she says we have to call! One I don’t feel like I should because your making us pay for it so you need to take care of it!!! Also this is the main reason I quit working with Spectrum. I also had great internet and now because she said we have to pay for it!! I am not paying two bills that is ridiculous! Her words were you still have to pay it even if you don’t use it. Also found out they did a deal to make money off us. They still haven’t fixed the roads left them half assed. The stop signs are gone so people running straight thru. Also the park is horrible! But yet they want to charge us more and also not fix anything! Every other month they are raising our rent without telling us!! They don’t care about their people just Money!! When I ask for corporate she says she is! This place is crooked as hell!

    Worst places ever. Treating people horribly threaten eviction as always throwing threats around .. stay away not good place to live

    They are crooked as hell. They kick ppl our only for one thing and that's to get their homes! Stay away from this place seriously!!

    We bought a house in July 2022. The property manager is a joke. They told we that we only had to have 10% down ended up being over 20% down. There is a water treatment plant in our back yard , property manager told us that is was a well, that is why we get FREE water. On day of closing found out the truth. We were never a straight answer on anything. I love my house but I wouldn't go through them again. BAD BUSINESS
