            I order a new fob for my car. Several programmed keys did not work. Finally upon getting the 3rd or 4th key fob, it worked. it only allowed my car to start up.(locks and unlock did not work). For that reason the technician insisted he come back later with yet a different fob considering he had other jobs and already came back to me several times. Also I noticed my receipt said I have a 7 button fob for a jeep/suv. I explained my key only had 4 buttons. but because the technician was suppose to come back and never did I contacted the company over several months to be giving the run around about me receiving a call back. Finally after talking to the owner almost a year later (10-11 months) he told me it has been to long. I explained that I’ve called several times and Insisted he speak with the servicer or technician to atleast confirm what I’m saying and he refused completely. I even offered to pay at a discount rate which was also denied

            I called them about re-keying two locks. They called back later to tell me they weren't interested and suggested I try Willis Klein. So I did.
