    I have been with Evergreen since they installed my sprinkler system 20 years ago. Over the years I have noticed a huge drop off in their customer service. When Evergreen winterized my sprinkler system, they failed to secure the swimming pool (auto-fill line runs from my sprinkler system to fill the pool). This resulted in a back flow into the pool that did much damage. After speaking with the owner (**** ****) he became very agitated and argumentative. Now Evergreen is not returning my calls. I had to get another service to finish winterizing my system and there was over $500.00 damage to my pool. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

    Terrible customer service and now I have a pond in my front yard and my grass in my back yard is dead! I had some work done on the outside of my house on the same side where the electrical for the sprinkling system comes out of the house. The cable was cut and there was not power to the sprinkling system. I called several times and left messages to have someone come out from Evergreen to take a look at the issue and repair it. I had been using Evergreen since I purchased the house because they installed the system originally. When I finally received a call back to have a technician come out and take a look at the issue the technician could not find the ticket number and did not understand what the issue was. I explained the issue and was told that he would have to come back another time to fix it and that someone from the company would contact me. After about two weeks and not being contacted I called the company and once again left several messages with no return call and finally got a hold of someone. I explained the issue and they sent out another technician. After about four attempts with different technicians and continuing to have the same story ( I will have to come back another time I don't have the right equipment, i do not see a ticket for this) I called the company again. Once again calling several times, no return call even after leaving messages I finally asked to speak to management once I was able to talk to a person. I then was notified by the gentleman on the phone that he is the owner of the company so I then explained the situation and my frustrations. At this point the OWNER of the company tells me, sorry we are really busy so you will have to wait. I once again explained that I have been waiting and stated that calls are not returned and there is a communication break down. I stated that I just want the issue resolved and as soon as possible. The OWNER then says to me in a loud stern voice that it sounds like I am not happy with there service and how he runs his business so I should find a different company to use. I was flabbergasted by this. The OWNER of the company has no concerns for his customers and disregards the way they have been treated. I voiced my disappointment and shock of the conversation we were having and the things the OWNER had just said to me. I calmly said Evergreen Irrigation installed the system and has opened, closed and repaired the system for me since I purchased the house and I just want the issue addressed. The OWNER finally agreed that he would come out himself a couple of days later and take a look at the issue and I agreed. The day comes for the OWNER to come take a look at the system and I meet him at my house and he has an employee with him. We walk thru the issue and he states oh yes we can get this re wired and working. I agreed that we could move forward with fixing the issue with the cable/power to the sprinkling system. The OWNER has his employee walking around inspecting the sprinkler heads and looking at the lines (Evergreen had opened my sprinklers in the spring and an inspection was performed then so I was unsure why another inspection was taking place). But I was told that there were two sprinkler heads that were broken and a pipe that was buried in the ground on the side of the house that had been damaged and was leaking? I did not notice any issues at all on that side of the house where the pipe was broken, no water back up, no loss of pressure and they showed me the pipe which was clearly damaged in a way I have no idea how it would have happened since there had not been any landscaping that had been performed on that side of the house, I was hesitant that there was an issue with that pipe but they ended up replacing it. Once all the work was complete the OWNER and his employee left. About a week later I notice that in my front yard that a pool of water has started to accumulate. Where this water is accumulating I notice is access to part of the sprinkler system I am assuming. The water keeps building and building and will not drain. Of course I do not want to call Evergreen Irrigation because of all the hassle I have been put thru. So I have a pond in my front yard, one or more sprinkler heads are not working properly and my grass is dead in my back yard now. So now I need to find a service I can trust and that is reliable. I do not understand how a company that is customer service based do business like this.

    This gentleman caused all of his own problems. I was at his home on June 22 2021. He had poured a concrete pad over his wiring going into garage and cut it. I went there with one of my employees, we fixed his system in a 3 hr. period of time. We went through his entire system and found other issues and repaired. I ask Him when we were leaving if everything was OK. He responded yes. I have nerve heard back from him this year. And now it is 3 months later and I see this complaint. He had never called or emailed to tell us there was a problem. Again all of the problems at his home were self inflicted. I wish you the the best Sir. (by the way he never paid his bill $313.23) I have been doing this for 33 years, I have made mistakes, but will always own up to them. Some people you just can't please.     The customer service had been horrible and because of the poor service I have received from your business and the way you spoke to me on the phone I did not want to call you again. You obviously do not care about the service you give or your businesses reputation. Everything was okay when you were at my house but that doesn't mean there were other issues that you did not catch. I have been very supportive of your business even though I have issues from the beginning and have even referred friends to use your service. I am disappointed that you as a business owner once again does not care about the customer or your businesses reputation. You even said while at my house that you would not have installed the system the way it is installed and I said that your company installed the system. I think that says alot.
