      I was scheduled for a procedure even called 2 days before then drive 2 hours husband took day off of work and got a hotel just to arrive and be told it was canceled. So we paid $122 for hotel, 40 for gas and the. Had to eat out. They said I called the week before and canceled saying my ride had covid but we haven't even been sick let alone covid. I dont know what happened but its very unprofessional and the lady at registration wasnt nice. The ladies in the dr office was nice tried to help and even said it showed confirmed on there end. And the fact I did call 2 days before when leaving from another procedure I had and was told it wasnt canceled. So were out time and money and for nothing.

      I had a procedure June 10 2024 . They filed claim with insurance and said I owed 370.00. I paid the 370.00. Then in December they retracted the claim and refiled it and that showed I only should have owed 320.00 meaning they owe me a refund of 50.00. My account number is ************ The original claim was #********* and the new corrected claim is #********** They should have automatically sent me my refund after they got the eob showing I overpaid but they didn’t. when I call no one is available and the message box is full. I did finally speak to someone in billing that said they would send a message to refund department but I haven’t heard anything
