    I had a problem with my gutters, the whole back of the patio dripped water when raining. I called Cardinal Gutters. They seem professional when they came in and suggested to install an "apron" around all the house, this was regardless not having any issues on the rest of the house. Price did not seem high and accepted the quote thinking I could prevent a problem in the future. I asked for pictures of the problem and pictures after the installation. The date was set. A few days before the installation I received a call that they were in the area and they were asking for permission to complete the installation. I gave the OK. When I got home I did not notice any traces of work done. I had no way of checking the gutters so I asked for pictures. They took weeks to provide me the pictures and I couldn't figure out what was done. The problem persisted, the whole portion continue to drip water. I reported that the original problem was not fixed, they took months to respond and supposedly they sent someone to put some silicone. In the meantime they were adamant about me paying them. I do not have a problem paying for a service when the service fixed the problem but nothing was fixed. I called the office to talk to a manager and I was never able to get to talk to a human. Only the first communication was done in person. I sent emails and no response. I keep on getting text messages that I need to pay and that the guarantee starts after I pay. I need my gutters fixed before I pay.
