I rented a washer and dryer from this company. The washer had broke while in my possession. I called to have someone come to check it out. They didn't call or come by. A few days later I called again. They stated they were waiting for someone to come in to handle the situation. I called again a few days later. A lady told me she would come by and check it out. She did come by after I had waited a few hours (called at 10 am, left my home around 3pm, note on door stated she came around 4pm. I called and told them they could come get their equipment. I wasn't happy with the service. When the guys came to pick up the appliances, no one told me about leaving the washer or that I was still responsible for paying. I was under the assumption that both were gone. 2 weeks later I receive a call for a payment. I refused to pay. I didn't know it was still in my basement until this call. I have talked to them several times, refusing to give them money. They are now calling my job and my family like they have not/cannot reach me. I have answered every time they have called my phone. Is there anything I can do to stop them from calling?
