            They were hired thru our insurance company. They quoted a 2 day job and by the point we terminated them it was 3 weeks and the job was still not completed. I've been yelled at several times by their employees since they were accused of stealing tools and old transition pieces we were never paid for and they still have in their possession. They threw a fit on week 2 when they had to relay the flooring because on their 1st attempt on a click floor entire boards were not even attached and the main contracted slammed door and left. There was damage from poor craftsmanship to our cabinets,walls, quarter round wasnt installed correctly and had to be mostly ripped out and replaced and repainted. Their drywall repair had to be replasterand repainted again. The flooring has to be pulled up and laid a 3Rd time to level the subfloor they didn't do and left soft spots in the vinyl floor. The entirety of their work has to be done over. Now we have a bill for $600 for 9sf of extra work. Also no mask

            ERC was very quick to schedule and complete insurance work for roof replacement and ceiling repair. Very easy to get ahold of with questions and the roof looks great.
