Could not have been better. Dillan helped us with all of questions. If he didn’t know the answer he would find someone who did and get right back to us. 5 starsOverall, great experience. Dillan did an AMAZING job throughout the entire loan process! He responded quickly to our questions and was very prompt in responding. He was extremely professional and processed our loan in a very short time. He was aware that we were leaving for the holidays, and we wanted to have everything completed before we left, and he definitely came through for us. He was very courteous and dedicated to getting us the best rate possible and closing the loan seamlessly. Without a doubt, he made the whole process very easy, explaining in full detail every step from the beginning to the closing of the loan.
