  Exceptional Work & Professionalism – Highly Recommend!
  We had the pleasure of working with Steve on our kitchen renovation, and we truly couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the start, he made us feel completely comfortable—never condescending, always respectful, and genuinely invested in bringing our vision to life. As women tackling a renovation, we’ve had experiences where tradesmen didn’t take us seriously, but Steve was the complete opposite. He explained everything thoroughly, communicated transparently every step of the way, and ensured we always felt informed and in control of the process.
  Initially, we wanted to DIY many aspects of the project, but Steve—without ever being pushy—helped us see that his expertise would lead to far better results than we could achieve on our own. And he was absolutely right! His craftsmanship is impeccable, and his problem-solving skills made all the difference. He tackled major structural work, including taking down a load-bearing wall, filling in an exterior door, and creating a new access point to our sunroom—all with thoughtful design choices that improved both the function and aesthetics of our home.
  One of the things we appreciated most about working with Steve was his eye for details we never would have considered. His ideas enhanced the space in ways we hadn’t imagined, and we always felt like he had our best interests at heart. We never once felt taken advantage of—only supported by a true professional who genuinely cares about the quality of his work and the satisfaction of his clients.
  Without hesitation, we would hire Steve again for any future project. If you're looking for a contractor who is skilled, trustworthy, communicative, and just an all-around great person to work with, Steve is the one. Highly, highly recommend!

  We have now used Steve on 2 projects given how pleased we were with the first one and were equally pleased with the second. The first project was a large first floor remodel to open up the floor plan and move our bathroom, the second a total renovation of our master bathroom.
  I couldn’t speak more highly of Steve’s professionalism, approach, and communication throughout the project. He is very thorough and detailed during the planning process which really limited the surprises and Steve stays pretty much on the dot on the expected costs.
  Lastly, I was impressed with the progress of both projects and how closely to the time estimate Steve stayed.
  I will be using Steve again and would recommend him every time.

  Neyer carpentry has done three beautiful jobs for us. Each time the workmanship was exquisite. I would recommend them to my closest friends. Their attention to detail is hard to find these days.

  I hired Neyer Elite to completely renovate my house. The price of the renovation was $258,000. After 18 mnths and I had paid Neyer Elite the balance that was owed on the contract Steve(owner) shows up at my house and hands my a bill for almost $50k more in overages that hadn’t ever gotten a change or work order approval from myself. The incompetence of management was absolutely at fault for this overage and imo should own fault in this. I hope my warning to others saves them from my absolutely awful experience in dealing w Neyer Elite Carpentry.

  Neyer Elite Carpentry did extensive work on our 103 year old home. The transformation was phenomenal! Steve and his crew not only corrected some structural issues we were having but helped modernize our Craftsman style home while maintaining the old charm feel. He transformed an old musty basement, with little use except for storage, and created a wonderful place for our large family to gather. He creatively rerouted duct work and utilized space that was unused and wasted. We now have enough space for eight grandkids and adults to gather.
  Our first floor is now a show stopper with built in lighted china cabinets that arch over the dining room entrance to the new kitchen creating a beautiful open floor plan for a once dark interior kitchen.
  He also transformed our family room creating much more open and light filled room with a new stairwell access to the basement. Truly amazing and we love it-so does everyone else who sees it!
