    I purchased the Forecastr service under the promise of receiving expert financial advice that was an absolute necessity for me as a new founder. I signed up for a year's subscription. You start off with someone with at least some financial knowledge (pursuing qualifications at least). However you are then passed off to someone with zero financial knowledge (my advisor had never held a job in finance before and had only internships in healthcare and real estate) right after it becomes too late for you to cancel. The advisors do not have any real financial qualifications and could not answer any financial questions on calls. I soon realized their role is to essentially auto-generate pdf's/a GUI from the information you've given them on a monthly basis but have no actual financial expertise. Given I had only been using the service for around 2 months out of a year long subscription I requested to cancel, saying I would pay for the months I have been using the service already but they refused to cancel. I have been provided with zero service since April/May yet they took all my money.

    The business offers professional financial services. So this was for financial services and not a particular job. They start you off with someone with *some* financial experience then pass you off to someone with *zero* financial experience once it is too late to cancel their service and you have already paid for an entire year. I tried to cancel and they refused despite me clearly indicating I wanted to cancel many times over and not getting any service from them now for the better part of a year. I do not want the service as it is not as advertised. My analyst's experience was only two internships (one in real estate and another in pastoral education). He could answer zero financial questions.
