    Went here on Saturday to sell my gaming pc. Was told over the phone I could get something for it and I had just given every dime I had to move into my apartment and this money was gonna help with food for the week until I got paid. The guy takes the computer back and comes out saying he didn’t want to low ball me ect. I said if I got a couple hundred for it that it would help alot. He tells me to wait and he was gonna call his boss to ask if he could do it. So we waited for several minutes and he never came back. Then another guy comes over and says rudly- i think you were told that we aren’t interested- ummmmmm no I wasn’t I was told to wait and he was gonna make a call. We leave with the computer and sold it at a local pawn shop but here is where I’m mad, the owner left a response to my honest review accusing me of using drugs and saying that’s why he didn’t buy my pc. Excuse me!? Can I not be allowed to have an off day!? I also have never used drugs in my life. How dare you!

    ******** ****** from Milford, OH. Came into our physical store with another male gentlemen, begging for us to purchase a VERY old computer system (10 years + of age). Stating she needed money to pay her storage unit... etc. We are not a pawn shop; we are a Custom Computer Shop. We did not even have a transaction with this customer EVER. After very politely asking them to leave because I was not interested in their product. They became irate and loud and ran out of the building making a scene in front of 5 other customers. This is a clear attempt to tarnish our business name for simply denying purchasing their items. There was no mention of drugs at all during our interaction.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have proof of them stating  on

    ******  to my very honest review that I was on drugs. My computer was 3 years old. I want camera footage of me doing this!? Oh that’s right, they can’t sent that because it never happened!

    I also encourage BBB to check out the other negative reviews and the replies from the owner. He doesn’t need a business! He needs anger management!

    Again, we are not a Pawn Shop. We do not purchase items from customers. She was not our customer, has never done business with us. We have over 380 great reviews on ****** as I attached and we do in fact have full cameras setup in our location. As any business you run into a few bad apples like this. We have been in business for 18 years. So regardless of what this woman is saying. Like I stated before, we do not purchase items. We are not a Pawn Shop.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    The owner keeps replying back saying that he didn’t do anything wrong. Let me get this straight. I have uploaded a screenshot to you guys showing you that this man accused me of being on drugs and that’s why he wouldn’t buy my PC but in the response reply back we’re not  a pawnshop??? That’s  awful funny because that’s why I was there.  We called to ask him if he’d  be interested in buying our PC for a little bit of cash, again I was ill. I am not on drugs and I do not appreciate being accused of being on something that I’m not. I was just sick that day, so therefore I am contacting my attorney for defamation and slander. He will be in contact with the owner of Custom  Bytes. See you in court Custom Bytes!
