I purchased the $20 subscription to this car wash and used it for two months. My car was totalled back in late July early August, I had reached out to **** personally to cancel my subscription. Seeing as I no longer have the vehicle, **** expressed to me if I sent my info with my name and address It would be canceled. He has now charged me 4 times since August for the subscription and I've reached out, including my husband to cancel the subscription. We have even sent him screenshots to show him that we've sent our information more than once now. The first time I reached out he claimed I had to call before 7 days in advance to cancel my subscription which i figured was fair and took the loss. I made sure that i reached out before the 7 days the next month to cancel. Everytime he claims he is canceling it or uses the excuse we needed to send the info to another number. It is now $80 we've lost for his refusal to cancel the subscription. He will not give us a refund and now is not answering our calls or text. I've seen other Google reviews claiming that he has done this to others and is refusing to cancel or refund money. I have both numbers he has provided and a screen shot of his text I do not have the phone records for the first time I called but I can reach out to my cell phone company to get it.
