              I brought in my Ford 1999 Red F150 truck for a leaking/rpm climbing issue that I wanted to be inspected. This took place 04/15/21; after a few hours, called me and let me know that there was an issue with some valves within the car and the intake manifolds. they assured me that it would take around 1-2 days. Agreed to have them work on the truck (when I brought the vehicle in, there were issues, but it ran and had no problems with starting). The 1-2 days turned into 4 weeks. Every time I was called to pick it up (fixed), it would have a rough start/barely run. Was told there were more issues (leaks). This went on for two visits, each with me returning their "fixed" truck. Then told it was burnt-out pistons not seen before. Could no longer help me. Still had to pay the full amount ($2,941.8) despite the false "fixes" each time and lost time. Told me would likely need a new/fix motor. Took to other shop, they charged me $138 to fix it. Was actually an ignition coil they failed to catch.
