  actually, don’t even give them a one I give them a 0 a triple zero let’s make it that way they told my truck today out of a private parking lot that had no signs that said no parking. It had been there three minutes and we caught him telling the truck which is a four-wheel-drive and supposed to be on a flatbed, and if not on a flatbed, it is supposed to have dolly wheels under the tires on the ground, which they did not do and because of that all of our gears are now screwed up in our vehicle. The owner of the company is extremely rude and a very major asshole. I would not recommend using this company for any reason whatsoever they need to be closed down.

  This company is known for following delivery drivers hook up their car immediately as they step out to deliver a package and then take cash and not give a receipt. When complaints are filed they hide behind their fake godliness and merely respond that they will pray for you this company is unethical and predatory and the owner has been known to make derogatory and racist comments

  Company engaged in unlawful towing practices pursuant to the Charter of Code and Ordinances of the Lexington-Fayette county government. Multiple violations through chapter 14, including refusal to release vehicle when offered commercially reasonable tender, continuing with a tow on a vehicle that was not hooked up when the driver returned to interrupt the tow, refusing to allow personal property including a child car seat and stroller to be removed from the vehicle. Refusing the owner of the vehicle entry to the storage yard.
  This company is just a stereotypical vulture preying on people. A classic example of why being a tow truck driver is dangerous.

  Was quick to get me out of the heat and into his air conditioned truck. I had been sitting in heat for about 2 hrs. I was so grateful.. the traffic was thick however he got my f150 loaded quickly and secured on his flatbed and we were able to merge into traffic and be on our way. I was so thankful for his ability to get me and my vehicle home safely it was kind that he engaged in conversation with me so it wasn’t a silent ride. It takes a special person to do the job he does he shined thru with a great personality and I believe he’s one of your best. I would recommend your company to anyone in need of a tow. Thank You so much for responding so quickly and rescuing me from this heat! Very thankful !!

  DO NOT use this company. I hope this review saves you the money they stole from me and the others. Something has to happen to this shop and prevent them from taking advantage of others. This shop is a sham and will rip you off. As many others have noted, this place does horrible "work" (I have trouble using this word in conjunction with this shop) and they don't take pride in their service or in ensuring the vehicles they work on are fixed properly. Mike is rude, obnoxious and it's obvious this is the only place he will find employment. No business with a touch of customer service will hire or speak with him. He will tell you they have been in business for 60+ years. I guarantee, they don't have a large number of repeat customers. No one who likes their money or getting work done right will go here twice.
  Here's a synapses of what happened and why you need to go elsewhere. My car broke down around 7:30 pm while I was in Lexington for work so I called road side assistance for towing. I was directed to a local tow shop, A1 Winchester Towing. The following day I get a call from A1 saying that the shift linkage was broken and needed to be repaired. After repair, I drove it three times and approximately 125 miles until the shift linkage broke again and I had to get towed to a legit auto shop. The shop looks at the shift linkage and immediately tells me that A1 used an after market part that isn't compatible with my vehicle.
  So, I call A1 and I get Mike, the obnoxious guy, on the line and he proceeds to talk over me and not let me speak. I let him ramble then finally got to ask what their warranty or policy on failed maintenance is and this is a quote of his response: "you didn't tell us exactly what you wanted repaired so we fixed it with what we had on hand. You drove it off the lot and put 100 miles on it so it was fixed."
  Please, trust these reviews. Go here and you will get ripped off and end up paying again to have it done right

  Had to file this complaint with the better Business bureau because they respond to complaints online with absolute lies they are a real storyteller online but they are dishonest extremely bigoted if you are black and brown do not take your car to this place they will miss it up and if you complain they'll call the police on you they are also known to take parts off cars and tell you it was like that
