Lead company states that they are giving real time leads. Also the Site says they are trustworthy but does not disclose where Leads are coming from. I received a lead to a Woman that I personally know that has been dead over 10 years. The Leads I receive are from lyons and vidalia ga. No other ****** ******* in the area not even since she passed away. When I called the lead it was a young Man that said I had the wrong number because he didnt know ****** *******. All the other leads previously say the site wasn't for Life insurance or that they inquired months before for life insurance but no email/nor text was received saying that I the broker would contact them. This company is putting insurance brokers lives in danger by presenting false leads. Insurance brokers call these people and even schedule times to meet with the person about the insurance. This is a good want for someone to be killed by a pervert simply because Leadrilla wants to fraudulently use names and numbers just to get money from Brokers. This a Scam to get them quick money. I asked for the rest of my money back so I could be done with the company but they said no because I hadnt spent $200.00 dollar with them. And they still have the rest of my money about to go to bogus leads!

Leadrilla Inc., sells marketing leads to Agents they produce by running online click-bait advertisements.
Leadrilla Inc. offers govt. program health Insurance leads to Agents. However, there are rule specific marketing rules per CMS for all third-party marketing organizations to be in compliance.
Leadrilla Inc. refused to provide me with the needed proof of “consent-to-contact” the leads I purchased.
A reputable Lead Generator should provide samples of their ads prior to running a campaign. However, Leadrilla Inc. refused to provide me with any of their samples
Leadrilla Inc refused to provide me with proof that the leads I bought were actually “new”
Based on the feedback I got from contacting these leads, it contradicts Leadrilla Inc.’ claim that these leads were new.
Because, none of the leads who I was able to communicate with, said “they gave permission” for an Insurance Agent to contact them regarding Medicare Advantage Insurance. They all denied doing this!

Leadrilla Inc., sent me ten-leads in less than 24-hours that were supposed to be “new.” These leads were delivered to me late night between 10:pm to Midnight. This is not typical online behavior for Seniors.
I immediately emailed Leadrilla Inc. with my concerns, my suspicions, and dissatisfaction with their services. I requested a FULL REFUND – but they refused!

The original complaint we received from this customer was in regards to Ad Transparency and the time of day in which they received their leads. Our support team promptly responded to this complaint by explaining that Leadrilla works with a network of publishers to generate these leads and that we require that all have 'proof of opt-in' and TCPA Consent Text. Leadrilla collects this information through a TrustedForm Certificate. For compliance and security reasons, we do not regularly share these TrustedForm Certificates with our customers for every lead they purchase. However, considering the nature of this complaint, we felt it necessary to share it with this customer. This TrustedForm Certificate includes a screen recorded video of the consumer filling out the form online, and opting into being contacted. This provides our customer with direct insight into the Ad being used, and the consumers journey. Additionally, our team sent this customer two sample Ads for their review. Leadrilla takes every necessary step to ensure compliance and transparency.

This customer also requested a full refund on their entire purchase. We responded by explaining our credit policy which states that we cannot issue a refund on funds that have already been spent. We can, however, issue a credit to the customer for leads that meet our credit policy. We CAN refund a customers remaining, unspent account balance. We offered to refund them their remaining account balance to which this customer never replied.

I am rejecting this response because:  Leadrilla Inc. did not provide me with samples of Ads; Ads were suppose to be for Medicare Advantage plans, one respondent thought they clicked to get a free Flex card; did not realize an Insurance Agent would be contacting them!

I reject their response because:  Leadrilla Inc. sold me old leads, although, I was told they were NEW. Several respondents clearly told me they had not recently responded to any online ads, in fact, I was one of many people who had been contacting them. Many respondents clearly said 'they did not give permission" to have an Insurance Agent contact them.

Leadrilla Inc. could not provide me with proof that these leads were new and had valid responses to back it up.  No proof they were ads for Medicare Advantage plans, and that by responding, people would be giving their consent to be contacted by an Insurance Agent.

Importantly, Medicare insurance plans require following certain marketing rules, which are what I've mentioned in my complaint against this company.  They are not being compliant as being a lead generator.

    Sincerely,

All of the information that this customer has requested has been provided. Either via sample ad or through the TrustedForm Certificate.

The TrustedForm Certificate provides a timestamp of when the lead was generated, as well as a screen recording that shows the consumer filling out the contact form and opting into contact from an agent. This screen recording also shows the ad that the consumer is interacting with. According to the TrustedForms for this customers leads, these leads were delivered in real-time and they were seeking additional information in regards to Medicare.

We would be happy to issue a refund for this customers remaining account balance.

I am rejecting this response because: Leadrilla Inc has NOT provided what I've asked for.  Words are meaningless with valid proof of customer response to "Medicare Advantage" ads.  Their ads must disclose that it is for "insurance" and that an "Insurance Agent" would make contact to their response - according to CMS guidelines.

I am rejecting Leadrilla Inc. response because: I received many of the leads from 10pm to Midnight; not typical online behavior for the Senior Market. As mentioned in my original complaint, within hours of contacting many of these lead, the response is that they "did not respond" or if they did, it was not recently.

Leadrilla Inc., is selling to the public, a marketing lead service that has unverifiable "response-to."  In fact, the public has no idea of what lead campaigns are being run on their behalf for purchase.  So much secrecy; why?  If these were legitimate real-time leads for Medicare Advantage plans, then most of the responses would confirm the fact.  At least some of these people would acknowledge they recently filled out something asking for information about Medicare Advantage.

Leadrilla Inc., has not provided me with proof of anything!  This company's practices are questionable when it comes to lead generation.  I have asked for a FULL REFUND, because of all what I've said.  Hopefully, the public will think to check with BBB before engaging with this company.  Just know, your hard earned funds will get sucked-up by them with nothing in return!

    Sincerely,
