In late June of this year, My 3 Sons Moving was paid over $5000 to move us from London Ky to Johnson City TN. During the move there was significant damage to our property. That damage included loosing the screws and bolts to attach dresser mirrors, scratches on some expensive furniture, broken glass on a side table, broken leg on daughters jewelry organizer, and more similar. Additionally they unloaded one of the two trucks in the middle of the night when I could not observe them. It took me two days to organize the mess they made- literally threw the stuff in a pile.

We informed them about the damages and agreed to overlook most of it with a couple of exceptions 1) they needed to repair a broken antique table, and 2) they needed to get someone to reassemble a tread mill they unnecessarily disassembled and lost the specialty bolts needed.

Repeated phone calls and texts resulted in continuous excuses like “we are waiting on someone to get back to us on the repairs”

We want our table and our treadmill repaired!

We moved Mr. and Mrs. ******** from London, KY to Johnson City, TN on June 23/24, 2022. We loaded 2 trucks for the customer the day of the 23rd and the customer requested a few pieces to be unloaded the same day. Our lead driver made a call to unload both trucks because they had already started and the majority of the pieces were going into a storage unit. The morning of the 24th, we were made aware of 2 damages on the move, a table (which had been previously damaged/repaired) and missing bolts for a treadmill. We did not move the treadmill, per the customer's choice for optimal space in the truck. However, we did disassemble the treadmill before we left and made sure to leave the bolts with the item in KY so everything remained together. Our damage resolution process includes us reaching out to repair companies in the city we move the customer to and receiving quotes for those repairs or reimbursing the customer for the damage amount determined by a manager. We reached out to multiple furniture repair companies in the Johnson City and surrounding area, but no one could repair the table because it had been previously fixed/glued by someone prior to the move with us and the customer didn't want reimbursement for the damage due to it being a family heirloom. We are more than willing to work with Mr. ******** on making this damage right, we just need to know what he would like in terms of compensation because it cannot be repaired.
