    I paid Mosquito Joe for a mosquito spray for the month of June. It was done on June 26th at 1:25 pm. The spray was followed by heavy rains and extreme heat. It did not work as the week after we were being swarmed by mosquitoes constantly. I called and asked for a respray. The front desk person stated she could understand why it did not work, and that I should call back the following Monday to try to get a refund b/c the manager was out of town. I did so. The manager refused to speak to me, and through the front desk person refused to speak to me. I was not allowed a venue to escalate my request for refund to anyone. I was hung up on. I'd just like a refund of my $77 since the service provided was worthless. I had NO CHOICE of when the spray was done, and it was performed at a time that rendered it completely ineffective, by their own admission.

    We got charged by Mosquito Joe on 11/10/23 and did not get service. We have tried to call numerous times and after the first call where they were supposed to check on the driver's gps, no one answers their phone or responds to the emails. I called from a different number and they answered right away. After being put on hold, I was told that the driver was here but they can't send me proof. We were home on the day of the charge and the days before and are 100% sure no one came here and our Ring camera's didn't pick up any movement. When I told their customer service this and asked to cancel they said ok and hung up on me. Now they are screening my calls.
