    The item that I purchased was not the item I received and when I contacted the business I was told that what I received was what I received when that was clearly not the case. Not only that but they expect me to incur cost to return the item.

First, let me apologize that we didn't seem to meet your expectations. With your particular order, after confirming with the manufacturer, it appears that the item you ordered is the item that was shipped and received. As an act of customer loyalty, we went ahead and decided to refund the product cost back to your original form of payment 2 days ago. We felt this was a fair compromise. If we missed the mark - let us know via our email. I'll personally review and see what further we can do to accommodate.
