    The contract between Mr. REMOVEDand I was signed Nov. 19, 2024. The total amount of money due was $16,150.00. The amount currently paid is $15,075. Mr. REMOVEDcommitted to the following: (1) Replace 3 windows $1250.00 (2) Repair 2 windows $$850.00 (3)Remove and cover window area with sliding $1095.00 (4) Remove siding and install vinyl siding as needed $5000.00 (5) Remove storm door and replace $650.00 (6) Remove sheathing and install rafters as needed on flat roof $4950.00 (7) Install architectural shingles (part of roof) (8) Install new fascia and wooden soffit in backyard flat roof $1350.00 (9) Fix entry way ceiling and fascia $450.00 (10) Install handrail over steps $555.00 (11) Replace all rafters $805.00 (12) Clean up and dump materials. He has been asked to complete the work and improve certain areas by (1) Replacing the newly installed storm door that is 3-1/2 to short with an appropriate sized door (2) Replacing the facing on the window in the back of the house with an appropriate size --the old facing was removed because the new window was too big to fit the area (3) complete the area where the window was removed by installing insulation and sheetrock/drywall over the insulation(4)Embedding the post on the handrail into a stable surface: the handrail is not stable. (5) Provide pictures of the installation process of the portion of the roof located at the back of the house. (6) Provide copy of warranty for roof since he brought the material from (REMOVED) (7) Return on December 6th, 2024 to remove debris from the from the back yard and finally, (8) do a walk through with me to verify that all the work listed on the initial sheet with the prices quoted are completed.

    I am rejecting this response because:  Mr. REMOVEDCREATED ADDITIONAL PROBLEMS with the window (damaging the wall panel and not replacing the trimmings to the window) and the storm door (replacing the original door that was 3 to 3 1/2 inches too short). He has not provided a written warranty for the new roof installed on the back of the house. Finally, a piece of the siding has already fallen from the siding that was placed on the house by his company.

    On 10/06/2024 I contacted REMOVEDwith Ayres Construction in regards to pouring a 62x25 concrete slab. We agreed upon a price of $8000 dollars for the project. I selected him due to him stating he would be available and able to start the next day on 10/07/2024. He came out and stated he would grade and put up form boards and would pour the next day. He required a 50% deposit at this time to start the project. He was paid and moved some of the gravel that was already on site. He then left and I did not get a response from him for several days. After nearly 3 weeks he returned to pour the slab on 10/24/24. Midway through the day he called me to tell me they were low on concrete and I would need to personally order more on his behalf due to his credit card being maxed out. I ordered approximately 1000 dollars in concrete. He then called me close to dark saying they needed more concrete which cost me another 1000 dollars approximately. Once I came to look at the work the next day the concrete was just poured in place, set up too quickly and half of my driveway was a large pile hardened cement and in no way acceptable or useable as a driveway. Additionally, concrete was splattered and hardened all over the side of my home, my garage, and my patio causing thousands in damages. He stated he would return in a week to fix it. He did not return to tear up the concrete for over a month until 12/5/24. They damaged my garage floor even more and left all the old concrete in a pile. Now he is refusing to get in contact with me.
