First let me say how pleased we were to call a contractor and have him answer the phone, give a date to come, provide a proposal and SHOW UP as he stated.(He gained a star here!)Secondly, I must say our farmhouse was built in the ****s during the depression. There is nothing plumb or to code in the house. There were structural issues every step of the way, beginning with the need to add additional support in the basement to level and secure the kitchen floor BEFORE demolition could begin. ***** appeared in the floor, walls and ceiling, which he repaired.(He gained 3 stars here as he never saidsorry, I cant fix thatinstead he saidIll take care of that! I think I will change this to 5 stars, just for my peace of mind.)***** is a perfectionist. He met his challenges on this remodel. He took extra time making sure everything was level (as possible). We are very happy with the end result. He made it all work beautifully.(He gained 5 stars here, because his work ethic is professional, timely and thorough. He is honest and kind. If you are counting, I rate him a 10+ star contractor!)This is a lengthy review, (normally I am not a reviewer) but this was a once in a lifetime, big decision for us and we are thankful how smoothly it went.THANK YOU *****!
