On May 2, 2016 BBB opened an investigation into this business based on an inquiry from a consumer. The consumer indicated that they received a pop-up alert on their computer claiming that their computer may have been infected by a virus. They called the phone number on the pop-up alert and reached technical support for One Stop Global Solutions. The technician sold them $240 worth of software that they feel they did not need.

BBB attempted to reach the business to gather more information and did not receive a response at that time; additionally mail sent to the business was returned undeliverable. BBB's file was marked out of business in April 2017 when the business website became inactive.

New consumer information provided to BBB in January 2019 indicates this business is still operational, and soliciting consumers for software upgrades as an approved Quicken and/or Intuit vendor. Intuit urges consumers if they receive an unsolicited call, email, pop-up, or other urgent message about problems with their computer or software, to not click on any links, don’t give control of their computer, and don’t send any money.
