My realtors were missy c**** and janie E****. I was explaining my situation and what I wanted/ needed from a realtor and the time frame we were on that I did enough du diligence. Apparently not, I was hit with specific request from missy to fix and maintain that we had not spoken about months ago when we first met. I had her walk the property to give me answers on specifically needs to be fixed, replaced or hire a professional to come out. I took personal time from my family and my active duty work to fix cosmetic issues on the house. With my funds low, I had to use a credit card to fix. The house went to be listed and all of a sudden I had a laundry list of contractors to hire and items to fix around the house. Personally, I expected there to be communication months prior so I could save money to complete these fixes. I know it could possibly be costly, but when missy told me we were good on the specific repairs It brought my family to surprise to spend 2100$ extra on this home while it’s sitting on the market already. She also did not do her du diligence on the buyers and has us waste a month on 2 buyers who never seen the property, were making us wait multiple days to hear anything from them and their agent and was super un professional. I also personally feel that she was not acting in our best interest. She knew we were desperate to sell, knew that our family funds were running out and scared us to believe that the buyers deal was one of the best deal we would get this far along during the process. We ended up giving the sellers more money then we could afford to where the realtors in this transaction were making 3x as much as we would after paying credit cards off and paying the mortgage for months. With the lack of communication, professionalism, and customer service I wouldn’t recommend her to my worst enemy. Clearly this office is in the business of only caring about themselves and making money. Not about the families they’re harming to get there.
