    0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYTHING I paid $**** UP FRONT for blueprints and had to draw them myself. I still DID NOT receive very important things in my blueprints that my builder needs to build my home. ***** ***** met with us once and I gave him several very detailed drawings and descriptions on how I wanted MY home. We told him a ballpark size and asked him to make it work how he could and even told him we were willing to change some features here and there to accommodate how we wanted our home floor plan. He then proceeded to send me MULTIPLE layouts that were nowhere close to anything I wanted. I kept replying with "no, I don't like this or that". Some of the things he sent me were random floor plans from ****** that I had actually reviewed during my year long planning of how I wanted my home. Eventually he got mad over me not settling on a drawing that HE come up with and told me I was running out of time...which then would result in $***/hr charge to finish... I asked ***** why he wasn't going off of MY NOTES I left him and he said "the things you gave me just aren't gonna work". Yet couldn't give me an answer on what we needed to do to make them work. ***** then proceeds to tell me that I need to get graph paper and draw out my plans for him.. (this is what I paid him to do) So, I drew them out the best I could. He then proceeds to tell me I need to redo my drawing because I didn't accommodate for wall thickness, etc...Once again, this is NOT my speciality, this is why I paid for what I thought was a professional. After MONTHS, I finally contacted his supervisor. ****** assured me that ***** was "wonderful at his job" and would take care of us. Now here we are, $1XXX-XXXX later and I'm not satisfied with my blueprints because key features that I specified were not included and key features needed for my builder are missing. ***** ***** barely knows how to use a computer much less design someone's home.

    Do not order from Legacy Metals if you want good customer service. There is an issue with the color of the metal we ordered and the owner, while willing to talk to me, refuses to correct the issue. I’ve posted pictures of the color received (light gray) compared to the color advertised on the website (charcoal gray). After multiple conversations with the office staff, I finally asked to speak with the owner. The owner’s solution is for us to “sell the wrong metal on ******** marketplace and reorder a different color.” He insists that the metal is correct and, essentially, that this is not his problem. In my career, I’ve spent quite a lot of time dealing with customer service and I have never encountered this level of disregard for a customer. We went with Legacy Metal because family recommended them to us, but I can assure you, we will never use them again.

    this customer called into our office and wanted the same color of metal that was on a building on our website. We pulled up that building and told her what the color was on that specific building. she then proceeded to order her list of metal in that color. We do have a noticable disclamer on our website where all our colors are listed, that due to different screen resolutions that the colors displayed may not be an accurate shade, and it is advised to request a free metal sample prior to ordering. This phone call is recorded where the customer ordered the metal, and all the follow up calls. we delivered the product she ordered, and cannot take back the custom cut metal roofing because she changed her mind on the color.
