    I'm in the military and I decided to purchase dummy first car keep in mind I'm getting out the military and there's a lot going on and I'm in a crisis and I explained this and she told me nothing was wrong with the car after I purchased the car on august 2nd 2022 one day later everything eventually came out so I left it at ********* over night on the 4th of august and picked it up today on the 5th and it was so bad that they didn't charge for the inspection explaining to me that she got over and that I should use military jog program to get my money back and she only responds to me saying she never got the vehicle checked she just made sure it ran and the ac blew but told me everything was good at first the car is a complete mess and I spent all my back pay from the army on it and I'm asking for my money back and she keeps making excuses or tries to use the law against me then starts to say her mangar is on vacation she will get back with me Monday after talking to him but when I ask for his number she doesn't wanna give it to me

    Family 1st Auto Sales & Services have been corresponding with ******* about the issue he is having with the 2010 Terrain. ******* test drove and looked over the vehicle and purchased it ca** on Aug. 2,2022 for $5750. The vehicle was driving fine in our possession. He stated he paid 5800 but we took off $50 and paid 1st month fee for the extended powertrain warranty $49.95, if he chooses to keep the warranty which is (attached below). Warranty coverage is attached below as well. ******* called us about the vehicle not going in gear on Aug 3rd the **ifter cable popped off not sure if he did it or not, we never had issue with it while it was on the lot. We immediately reached out to a mobile mechanic to help him, and he did fix it temporarily. The mechanic stated that to fix it we needed a **ifter cable in which we were going to fix it for him. Unfortunately, ******* being so impatient he decides to go to ********* in which everybody knows ********* is perfectionist type business and kind of pricey on repairs instead getting back with us to address the issue. He sent us a list of "FEW" things they said it needed which its average wear and tear it's not a 2022. And we were willing to address those issues as well. We weren't aware of any rust because at that time we do not have a mechanic on site (Hiring sign attached). Sorry, I don't know how to operate an auto lift to inspect all under a vehicle. As long as the vehicle is running, driving and nothing major wrong with mechanically it is sold to the customer. All vehicles come from the auctions and bank repos are AS IS. All customers have a right to inspect vehicles on their own or bring a mechanic before purchase. ******* signed the "AS IS" buyers guide form and everything ********* stated that is wrong with the vehicle and even RUST is clearly listed on the "AS IS" form he signed. Family 1st Auto Sales & Services are always willing to help our customers to a certain extent. ******* was too impatient and couldn't wait until Monday which is "TODAY". We had spoken with the DMV this morning had everything set up as far retrieving the title from them directly if we decided to refund, we were going to make a one-time exception and refund ******* because we knew he had personal things going on. Unfortunately, *******, his wife and friend, decides to submit false statement and leaving bad reviews on our business page on ******** (attached Below) 2010 Terrain doesn't have a rebuilt title it is a clear title and he doesn't have a daughter. Now ******* files this claim with ***. This is a business we do not tolerate childi** acts. If he continues or anyone affiliated to him continues to discredit our business with false allegations we will move forward and take action. We feel he wants his money back because he found another vehicle. The vehicle he has is still running and driving.

    In the files I have attached this is pictures of the vehicle rusted out so terribly no one wants to deal with this when they are already dealing with so much especially when spending 5800 on my first car and it's so much more to deal with I have to travel a far distance after I'm completely done with the process of getting out the army and this car isn't in condition to make it nor take care of my family after and **e knew it . I also have my original review on her ******** account and more people and this guy name ***** who **e is threatening to do me like **e did him and saying Racist comments in my inbox which is also attached but **e also did ***** the same way lied about her manager and all but turns out he replied to me on his review saying **e's the manager and I also. Have proof of that, it might be out of order a bit but everything is in the files. She told me **e had a mechanic **e gave me several mechanic numbers but stated **e never had a mechanic look under there it doesn't take a mechanic to see All that rust the rust falls from under the car it's that bad. She acts as if **e never knew the car had a **ift cable problem but had one of her mechanics fix it and 2 seconds and text me and says " I told him it was a **ifter cable problem before he even came" which is also in the files. I just need my money back I can give the car back the same way it was if not better this lady is not running a legit business and I **ould've known. She use all kind of foul language when talking to me in my inbox saying all things like "you talking **** to a n*****.which is also in the files and **e also says he doesn't want it to go to court and cries out why did I take this far and not wait to Monday because **e know **e will and deserves to lose this case because I have pure intentions in whatever I'm going through in life . She's all about a dime this lady can sell a elephant a peanut the biggest manipulator I ever met. Give me my money and I'm willing to close the case delete all the reviews and return the truck in the same condition or better and I cannot wait on a title that I haven't even received. Also I never got to really test drive **e rode with me and told me where to go it was literally a two minute drive around Her business and no gas was in the car at all and the tires was low so that right away **ould've told me something but **e's so manipulative **e covers up her tracks so well because **e offered me 20 when I seen the Gas during the test drive saying **e's not gonna let me leave without gas . Also ********* never charged for the inspection and didn't wanna offer me anymore service seeing the vehicle is a bust and that I need to get my money back and me being in uniform they told me to go through jag that they always have this happen to soldiers and jag get the money back because they take care of there soldiers, but I don't want to go that stressful route nor put her through that stress because I know how the army tolerates. I never signed that as is for knit was a form on top that I signed and that as is form was under and it signed through the top my signature was forged. And if it was listed on the ad is sign that I never got to see then why when you responded you stated " I never seen the **** sorry I don't know how to use a forklift and that you didn't have a mechanic" something isnt add up it's too many lies dealing with this lady I just need my money back so I can make sure my family has a place to go cause we are on the streets right now . That is the reason I couldn't wait until Monday because me my wife my brother and friend prior service now have to stay on the streets of Clarksville because they have no other option and im not gonna just run to live on post in the military base and leave them hanging **e is destroying me right now and I just wanna end the whole situation mutually.

    Family 1st Auto Sales & Services LLC have spoken with the DMV this morning, Aug. 25, 2022. DMV have stated they have the title there because we had requested them to hold it for ******* under these special circumstances because he stated he was going to be leaving the area and we didn't want his title to be lost. DMV have tried to call him and tried to leave several messages. Since they haven't been able to reach him, ******* will need to reach out to Mrs. ****** at the DMV phone number (***) ********. ******* can either go by the office and pick it up or have them mail it to the address he is residing at this present time. With this being said, ******* will be able to sell the vehicle or whatever he decides to do with it when gets the title from the DMV.
