I had a great experience in my initial purchase. I bought a Chevy Equinox as well as the $4000 extended warranty. AC Compressor has gone out. I know things happen so I called. W Even after the extended warranty I purchased, Ill be required to pay $175 to drain and refill the ac lines. Even though it is full of coolant. And then when it runs out or quits working again, they will schedule me to work on the compressor. I am disabled and do not handle heat. It exacerbates my condition. When I went out there to talk to the salesperson, Angie, who sold the vehicle to me...She had the audacity to say, in summary, that I will know better next time i buy an extended warranty. Very unprofessional and honestly, a smart ass. I will not purchase from there again. Nor will my large extended family.

I am very unhappy with what I paid for, I gave 140.00 for the auto care dept to diagnose my vehicle with an oil leak it did not have my mom took my truck in for me because I work and she needed a diagnostic test done on my truck, they charged her the money and said we had no transmission issues that it was an oil leak they hoped she would pay them to do the work that it did not need, and then have to come back again to fix the issue, they wrote on the receipt they did a diag. So she would think they did what she asked, they never even connected my truck to any machine they incorrectly diagnosed an issue that did not exist, when I first filed my complaint they had an excuse for all the wrong they did but I spoke with the other garage they claimed to have spoke with and they never told them there was nothing wrong with my transmission, they replaced the hoses for the transmission, since pure country chevrolet replaced the transmission at 82,000 miles which gave a 100,000 mile warranty on the transmission they came up with another issue, after having my truck fixed i went to show them they were wrong, because they stated they would make it right, they wanted to look at it again. There is no way I will let them look at my vehicle again. After the years we have done business I thought they would do better. I guess my money was more important than future business. I feel they should make it right
