            We brought our 2016 Toyota Highlander to the shop to have the tires checked, and a thumping noise checked. On the first visit they patched a tire and rotated and balanced all tires. Thumping issue did not resolve and they recommend an alignment. Took the car back for an alignment and the issue was not solved. They recommended a wheel bearing replacement. After this visit multiple lights came on in the vehicle that were not on previously. The steering wheel also started clicking when turned. The business could not fix the issue and recommended we take it to the dealership. The dealership says we had a broken steering angle sensor and that something like that doesn’t just malfunction. It was 830 dollars to fix and Glasgow Tire is claiming no fault even though it never had this issue before it was in their possession

            Brought my truck in for alignment and tire rotation. Found out it needed 2 ball joints before it could be aligned. Paid around $600 to get it done. Picked it up and tires hadn’t been rotated. Asked them and they said yes. I said no they hadn’t and then they asked when I could bring it back. Bright it back next day and didn’t seem happy because I didn’t bring it earlier in the day. 3-4 weeks later my front end started squeaking. After inspection tonight I found that my newly installed ball joint had not a single drop of grease in it. Never had a grease gun on the grease fitting. Hope it doesn’t need replaced again in the near future. Also got tires changed on 2014 Silverado a couple years ago and they scratched the wheels. Called to let them know they might want to check out their equipment. Left it at that.
