Warranty

CHARM-LITE DISCLAIMS RESPONSIBILITY FROM DEFECTS RESULTING FROM IMPROPER OR ABNORMAL USE, AND DOES NOT IN ANY WAY WARRANT THE FITNESS OF THE GOODS FOR ANY PURPOSE OTHER THAN THE ORDINARY PURPOSES FOR WHICH SUCH GOODS ARE USED. OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE COST OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD BY CHARM-LITE.

If within one (1) year of purchase, our product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, Charm-Lite will repair or replace it free of charge. The warranty does not apply to: (a) damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, vandalism; or "acts of God" such as: lightning, flood, earthquake, etc. (b) units which have been subject to unauthorized repair, opened or taken apart, other than the normal relamping; (c) units not installed in accordance with directions; (d) damages exceeding the cost of the product; (e) sealed parts and/or light bulbs. We reserve the right to charge for repair or replacement costs of items damaged through no fault of Charm-Lite. An estimate for such repairs will be quoted for your approval prior to commencing work. The obligation of this warranty is limited to repairing or replacing all or any part of the product, which in the opinion of Charm-Lite shall be proved defective in materials or workmanship under normal use and service.

In no case shall Charm-Lite be liable for any special or consequential damages, labor, repair or removal of defective part, or any other costs or warranty, expressed or implied.

All items are sold with satisfaction guaranteed. Items can be returned for a full refund as long as the product is returned in saleable condition within 30 days of shipment date. The Charm-Lite conversion kit will come with a full one-year warranty on all parts, excluding bulbs.

If you find that you do not need an item or are not satisfied with a product received from Charm-Lite, please include the following information with your returned merchandise within 30 days.
1) Copy of the packing slip or invoice.
2) Reason for return.
3) How you would like to be credited.

For credit card payments, a credit will be issued to your account as the merchandise is received. Please allow two (2) billing cycles for credit to appear on your account statement. All other refunds will be made by check in the name of the paying party.

Refunds on parts will be prorated based on number of parts delivered at the time of cancellation.
