    My finance and I bought a shed did the paperwork,they emailed me out payment schedule. The lady then says she won't sell it to us for the price listed on the paper in the shed for 6594.30. She won't sell it to us now for less than 8300.00! That someone put the wrong paper with the price in the shed. We pulled up her website and showed her it wasn't a mistake because they have the Same price 6594.30 advertised online. She refused to call a manager in front of us to help resolve the issue. Stating the price is wrong we have to pay 8300.00 if we want it.

    This customer came into our establishment wanting a black Signature Louisville style building.  We had 2 in stock that week.  They were nearly identical but two different sizes.  The day **** *** came to the office, our Shed Specialist realized there was an issue  The customer was extremely persistent so the Shed Specialist called me. I told her that I believed there was a mixup in the 2 building sizes and suggested that she suggest another building option to the customer.  She tried but the customer was extremely persistent she wanted that certain building.  The smaller of the 2 buildings was not on site as it had been taken off site as a donation a day or two earlier.  We have diligently looked into this issue.  We put pricing inside each building so customers know what options are included and what the pricing is.  There is a few possibilities that could have caused this mixup. 1.  The hauler who took the small building off site for donation mixed up the buildings before loading the smaller building and realized he had done so.  He replaced the pricing sheets inside the buildings and didn't realize he swapped the pricing sheets.  2. We have had customers in the past change out pricing sheets in an effort to get better pricing.  I'm not saying this happened in this situation in any way but it has happened before and this was not caught before **** *** visited our establishment.  

    The Shed Specialist did exactly what she should do which was to call someone in management to explain the situation for resolution. I told her that we could not adjust the price nearly $3,000 on that building.  I suggested that the Shed Specialist offer other options for the customer.  She did and **** *** was adamant that this particular building had to be repriced.  It was simply not an option to lower the price nearly $3,000.  We would be happy to help **** *** find another building in her price range and size that would fit her needs.
