    Chad H****r was hired to install and seal our concrete pool deck in the fall of 2020. LeRon W********* was the installer. They did sloppy work to begin with but we thought we could live with that as we were just excited to get into our new pool. We later noticed that the concrete had several dirty tan looking spots we thought would fade over time. That has NOT been the case. The tan spots have gotten worse over time and have increased in size. The entire pool deck looks old and has a dirty/rusty color. Nothing will clean it. Whatever they got on the brush (mud maybe) when they brushed it, was sealed onto the concrete. It looks disgusting.
    I have reached out to Chad H***** (owner) several times and he assured me that should not have happened and he would make it right. He has now blocked me on from his business on Facebook and will not respond to my requests for resolution.
    Chad told us when we paid him that we wouldn't need to do anything to that concrete for years.
    All I have asked was for him to help me get it looking better. I just wanted him to do the right thing but it doesn't appear that he is going to stand behind his work or his word.
