    On June 11 G***** (owner) and crew of Belgian Tree Service was returning to finish a job my neighbor hired them for. They dropped a tree on my shed (I have video of this happening). Putting a hole in the back left, collapsing the back roof downward, breaking multiple wall and roof framing, back is bowed out and the shingles are now dislodge on both sides. This us the only visible damage.
    After this happened G***** came over to talk. We had talked before and had given him permission to use my yard if necessary to help with the felling. His solution was just to tarp it. My response was that your hole solution, I said you can replace it or take it away. He told me he would not have taken the chance if I did not tell him I didn’t care about the shed (I never told him this). He tried very hard to convince me that I did. I told him they cut it too low for it to pop back that way. I asked for his insurance information and he stated between an adjusters/my lawyer and the Judge, I would be laught at because it already had a hole in it (right side middle). I told him my hole had nothing to do with the fact you just dropped a tree on it and he would not give me his insurance information. The existing hole was repairable, this damage most likely is not. After a little more discussion he needed to leave but called me back on June 13. Same discussion and he would call in a couple days.
    I called my Insurance Broker **** *********** ********* ****** (not my insurance company, no claim has been file, if I did this would effect my premium) and they also talked to him on June 13. He gave them the same run around but this time G***** told them his lawyer would be contacting them with that information. As of June 30 the last time I talked to my broker, zero communication from Belgian or their lawyer to me or my insurance broker.
    Need some assistance to get Belgian insurance info and get it replaced. The way he treated me and the way he treated my neighbor his client was appalling.

Our insurance was in works with **** when he impatiently filled the complaint. insurance paid Allen, price based off estimate from the contractor of his choice.
