    March 7th 2025 purchased a 2017 Nissan Murano from Ez Care auto on Versailles road had to get 2 loans out over 28,000 dollars to not to be told about a 90 day warranty also didn’t inform of the sun roof was leaking into the car on the window and door handles they knew it was leaking cause they only had one plastic on one seat and floor I didn’t know till it rained but didn’t protect the window motor. Also the transmission is going already with slipping and jerking gotten 2 diagnostics test and a fuel system looked at they informed the transmission fluid is good and not low but it is going out. Come to July I informed the sales rep Anthony of this he stated that my loan didn’t cover a warrant so I would needed to pay cash for one didn’t inform me of that I did give him a check for 4,000 he also didn’t inform of any issues with vechice when I asked him and his other associate if there was any issues with the car he just bragged about how it was a great car so I think he misrepresented the car and it worth and lied to our face about it’s condition and using bible verses cause my mom is a pastor is low as well

    Customer did purchase the said vehicle on that date. However, they purchased the vehicle for $17,149 plus taxes & fees. I have uploaded a picture of the actual pricing. They placed a $4,000 down payment and financed a balance of $14,748.94. The customer purchased this vehicle used with 97k+ miles on it and in AS-IS condition. They were offered extended warranty/vehicle service contract options and declined any coverage. I have uploaded copies of these forms they acknowledged, signed & have copies of. They chose to neglect any coverage that would assist them or cover breakdowns & repairs, such as in this case.

    At the time of purchase, the vehicle was in good condition with none of these issues present. This is the first we've been made aware of any issues. We can not speak to the validity or not unless we actually diagnose the issues ourselves. The customer will be 100% responsible for any repairs and we will NOT offer any assistance. We wish them the best.
