    "There is really something off with this business my loan was sold to this company I'm in a payment plan to call in and make my 140 payment over the phone I have been paying every month since May 2015 my loan amount is not going down and now I receive a threatening letter about my loan being offset I have been trying to reach this company by phone today and nobody is answering the phone this place is a scam how is this so when I have been making my payments every month and now I can't reach them to make my payments and I can't pay online something needs to be done about this place they really need to be investigated by the bbc"
