    Company is amazing from first contact until completion. Professional, workers were quick, clean up was outstanding. Price was fair and reasonable. Nothing negative to say about this company. Highly recommend them for any roofing project!

    After receiving proposals from four roofing companies, we decided to use Spence Company LLC. While setting up a date/time to sign the contract and pay the deposit, we received an email from the owner (Matt S******). Matt said he needed to revise the contract before we signed. The new contract was $10,590 higher! Yes, you read that correctly. TEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NINETY DOLLARS MORE. A 30% increase! It was the EXACT SAME QUOTE (see photos), but $10,590 higher. We were very specific about the shingle - and that shingle was listed correctly on the first contract. He said he made a mistake - that's quite a mistake! We agree upon a contract and then you take it back and increase it by $10,590?!?!? Do NOT waste your time or take this company seriously.

    I received 3 bids for roofing my Dads house and Spence was the lowest of the three but also had a better product to offer and a warranty to match. His quote was precise and timely. He was able to start right away. The crew was efficient and courteous. They had the old roof off and the new applied in one day. They cleaned up after themselves very well and left the job site as it was when the arrived. His gutter install crew came the next day and was just as able and courteous. I had no complaints! In this day and age of contractors he was top notch!

    These guys were very efficient. Cleaned up nicely. They did a great job! Matt and Jason and the guys did exactly what they said. Pricing was more than fair and they repaired the damage causing the leakage. They come highly recommended

    Matt and his team at Spence Co LLC did an excellent job on my roof and gutters. Matt was fair in his pricing, honest and punctual. They not only completed my roof in two days but they corrected all the issues I had due to my previous roofer. I recommend Matt and his crew for any roofing job and will be calling them again to do the roofs on two of my out buildings. Thank you do much Matt.
