    This dealership is the hardest dealership I have ever tried to buy a car from. You would think with a crashing economy & vehicle repossessions being at an all time height they would want to sell a vehicle. This was an all cash deal. Eventually they lost the sale because of the dishonesty and stupid "rules" in place. I worked with 3 different salesmen all on one vehicle. I was told that it did not pass a safety check and that it was being sold at an auction, I was told by another that it was already sold. After a week it had not been removed from their website and also had actual photos uploaded so I submitted an offer online. At that point Trent reached out and told me I would be able to buy the car, however they would not take a penny less. So I had him inspect the car and make sure it was everything that the photos made it look like. He kindly did so and called me back. At this point I tried to place a $4000 down payment on a credit card to hold the vehicle for a couple weeks while I made plans to come get it. I am from out of state and would need to secure airfare to retrieve the vehicle. The $4000 down was approx. 1/3 of the vehicle's price. The dealership refused to hold the vehicle for more than 1 day. How are you supposed to book a flight and hope the car is still there by the time the flight takes off? This dealer had a vehicle I really wanted. It was super clean and priced well. But after 3 attempts I'll find another deal. This dealership has no care for customer service at all. If you want to be lied to, railroaded, and waste your time buy your next vehicle from Kerry Hyundai. UPDATE. I received a call from the manager, he could not possibly understand how I shared the truthful review I posted. He couldn't understand why I would want to buy a "beater" his own words... (the same car they described the day before as almost perfect!) The phone call ended with, so your one of those people. Great customer service and choice of manager! Dodged a bullet here!

    This consumer is going to be reported for fraudulent activity, this consumer has never been to our location and lives out of state and area, supposedly in MN but has a SD address, wanting us to hold a 13-year-old vehicle for weeks. We are sorry your upset, but we support our local market and customers 1st.

    Is this how you keep such high feedback? You get your 1 star reviews labeled as "Fraudulent?" Had you taken the time to earn my business you would have already sold a vehicle made a profit and gotten the opportunity to see my drivers license that clearly has a ********* address. Instead you would rather write a review trying to degrade a customers character in an attempt to keep your review score higher. Why do you even list your vehicles for sale on the internet? If you are unwilling to sell a vehicle out of area, there is no reason for a website. Local customers are your 1st priority so let them buy all of your cars, and pay all your overhead! Delete your website quit wasting the internet buyers time!

    Kerry Hyundai has had my car 4 different times in 2023 and once in 2024 for the same exact issue. Car was always given back to me saying either issue is fixed or that there is nothing wrong. I had talked to regular techs as well as the service manager Joel on numerous occasions without getting a solution. After getting the run around and excuses, yet again, from the Kerry Hyundai Service Manager Joel, I finally went to **** ***** Superior Hyundai. The technicians at Superior found the issue within 2 hours of my appointment time and had the car repaired and returned to me within 4 days. Additional Note: While I had acted unprofessionally and upset during my last visit to Kerry Hyundai, I went into the location with a bad taste in my mouth as Amanda phoned me and gave me a lot of attitude and sass. There was another technician at the counter that was very friendly and apologetic during this exchange. I didn't catch his name, but he was an adult male with braces, so I'm sure that can solve the problem.

    Worst service ever in my life if i can get them to work on it rude girls terrible never in my life seen anything like this on any business and im not a young man owner needs to do something i hope dont have him snowed

    I have had an appointment booked for probably a month or longer now for service regarding electrical issues with a 2022 venue bought before the truck even brought it to the lot. Today, while driving, my car started shaking and the check engine light came on. I immediately drove to the Hyundai lot where I asked for it to be fixed(I realize not immediately) I was told there is nothing they can do to help until it's fixed. I was spoken to in such a degrading way. Told there was absolutely no option for a rental car when in the warranty it says it is possible...the service manager v******** was so unprofessional and when I advised him I already had a previous appointment, he said well good we're doing you a favor and will honor that date..I could have you booked out till November. He said to leave it on the lot and they will get to it when they can. I asked how am I supposed to leave? And he said I'll call you a shuttle in a smart condescending way. This took me by surprise as I have kids, and bought this car with the warranty it has specifically so I wouldn't be stranded without help. I just want my car fixed and a car until mine is safe to drive. Clearly I have read the warranty, I realize it is at the dealerships discretion but I do know from past experiences you do indeed offer rentals when the manufacturer has issues such as mine. Please help. This is not good customer service and needs to be addressed ASAP

    We told you we would fit in within a few days if you drop it off, we are backed up with all the Hyundai Recall issues, we are doing our best to accommodate everyone. Loaners are available, but they are all loaned out as of today. We can schedule you with a loaner, but that would be a few weeks. Sorry for you frustration, we appreciate your business.

    To whom it may concern, I am a long time Kerry Hyundai customer having purchased my last three vehicles from Kerry Hyundai of Florence Ky. I purchased my first vehicle in 2008 and my current vehicle in 2020. The 2020 vehicle has only 16,175 miles on it. I might add that all three vehicles were cash deals. I recently discovered that on my 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe the glass located between the sun roof and the windshield was shattered. I was already having the vehicle serviced(oil change) and I asked the service manager to please come take a look at this glass. He responded several times that he would not come out and look at it, rather I had to make another appointment to have it checked. The appointment for the glass was made August 24th 2023. I took my vehicle to this appointment where the service tech looked at the glass and informed me the vehicle was not safe to drive. They told me the cost and demanded I had to pay half of the cost before they would let me leave with my vehicle again saying it was not safe to drive. I want to understand why the service manager was so cavalier to not take a few minutes to look at the glass that again was considered unsafe to drive.There are many cases on the internet around this issue with the glass. I feel that it is a defect of the glass or vehicle and being a long time customer the experience from the service department was unacceptable, the warranty should cover this. I called on 8/31/23 to follow up and was told the glass is in but now I have to wait for another company to get the vehicle scheduled for repair. Remember this car is not safe to drive. I would like for this issue to be resolved to my satisfaction or I will take all my future business to dealership that cares for their customers.

    We are going to do our attempt to submit under warranty, but they usually decline stating there had to be some sort of impact, its a tuff situation because as the consumer you would not even know if something flew up and hit it, even a rock could make this happen. If it is declined we will work with the consumer to find a fair resolution for both parties.

    Worst experience with them. They dont ever answer the phone and if they do theyre beyond rude. I have never in my life had to deal with people like their service department/managers!! Dont waist your time.
