They are supposed to help residents move forward in life, instead they hold you back! they have HORRIBLE customer service, the compaines/ apartments they have under the managment are absoultly disguesting. they never fix any issues thats wrong. my sink leaked for 3 years, and it never got fixed, my bath tub and toilet upstairs leaked and never got fixed. there was mold in the kitchen and bath room and basement! unaccaptable. told them mulitple times about bug issues, and again was lied to and said a company came out ( CAMERAS IN MY APARTMENT NEVER SHOWED ANYONE) the landlord told me multiple times i wouldnt be charged for not being able to move out items that the movers wouldnt, DUE TO EXTREME BUGS! so i left the items and got a notification on my credit that i was charged over $1,300 for the items left that i was told i wouldnt be,, the lady behind me moved for the same issues, and she was told the same. guess what she has the same amount as i do on her credit now also! i also was told " i hope your not moving due to bugs" and then my neighbor said the same. again ive reached out an no one has actually helped this situation. the recident that moved in after me said that the sink is still leaking in the kitchen also, and the toilet is still messed up. ive been told i need to dispute this with the collections and then collections said that i need to call the company its one way or another . i need this issues resolved
