    A three person team showed up on time and as scheduled with a move leader (*****). They exhibited a professional approach to the job, demonstrated a consistent work effort, exhibited care for the items being moved and the residence and were uniformly courteous. I would not hesitate to use their services again. Highly recommended.

    Worst experience I've ever had. Damaged kitchen floor and a 65" smart TV. Est. 6 to 8hrs but took 12. Says they are only responsible for $60 per item. Total rip off.

    Movers are great. However, the company plays the same mind games other moving companies play. Why can’t companies just be honest with customers in the beginning and not count on them to NOT know all the fine print. Firstly, please send me a contract to review and sign before the day of moving. Don’t show up with a contract…charging me WHILE I’m reading and preparing to sign!!! That’s craziness. That 15 min cost me $40. So there’s your first fee…a contract signing fee. Even before the contract signing… You advertise that pads are included in the move… But yet once I get to YOUR storage facility, you tell me… Did you want to rent those pads for $5 each!? Absolutely not. You just put on 50 pads and you want me to pay you $5 per pad when they are supposed to be included…. No. So then you take your time taking all three pads off! An extra 39 minutes while my closing that I paid to help, unloaded 60% of the truck!? Not done yet… THEN…while wet go back to the work site the movers stay behind to ‘take a break and hold the pads…” (The pads you just spend 39 minutes taking off)…I tracked the time to be 51 minutes from the time we left the storage facility and until they met us back at the site… and finally… At the then of the job the movers told me they took off 15 min of time for their break and holding pads. I challenged 41 min…giving time for their travel back. He accepted that and the manager challenged him saying they can check GPS. I asked him to do so then another excuse…I’ll have to file a complaint… bad customer service at booking and closing. Movers did a pretty good job and tried to own the 31 min they spent folding pads that I was told would be free. Their manager decided to double down on bad service. I will post this on every social media thread I’m on…Do not use them. Go to *****.com and find another crew. This one will nickle and dime you to death! Shame because I really looked forward to working with them. Never again. I am expecting 80 min of refund now.

    **** *, ******* *, and *** * did an excellent job with my move. Any move is stressful but with these guys it was smooth sailing. The guys were so courteous and professional, I highly recommend them!

    ******* S, **** S and ******* went above and beyond. I couldnt believe how hard these guys worked! I was truly amazed at their efficiency and care for our belongings. Three guys moved heavy furniture and boxes like there were 10 of them. Unbelievable. These three deserve all the praise and recognition. Highly, highly recommend this company.

    We had an amazing experience with Big Blue Moving into our new home. ****** W and ****** K were great to work with and took extra care of our belongings. They even helped us fix our tv stand that the first movers broke. We will always use Big Blue Moving!

    Big Blue is always who I refer to my **** ****** Clients. I have used them myself, and last weekend, our son used them. Brandon S. and Christian H. worked really hard, down 3 flights of stairs on one end, and long hallways on the move-in end. Always dependable, they don't take a bunch of breaks or smoke on the property (like some other movers I've used). I would recommend them to anyone.

    Big Blue Moving company went above and beyond. They were on time, polite and efficient. Crew was very conscientious about not damaging furniture. The cost was reasonable. Would highly recommend.

    Blake, Khalil, Luke, and Kaleb were an amazing crew for our move. They showed up early, were helpful and friendly, and most of all fast. We were moving all our things from a large storage unit to a home, and they were a real pleasure to work with. Dylan at the office was great too. Highly recommend Big Blue.
