      The sales person was nice and helpful and I picked out a ************ metric that I did like, I was told I could not try it for 90 days or return it that I had to keep it if I took a floor model and I was OK with that. however, when it came to my house and had a big rip in the bottom of it, that wasn’t there when I saw the mattress the first time. the delivery was horrible. The owner came and two other guys and they broke a piece of my antique stairwell. My house is 100 years old. They shove the mattress up the stairs. I asked them if they would wait for 15 minutes until I was finished receiving my first delivery as I got my bed from another company and they were delivering that first they would not wait. They insisted they could not wait 15 minutes even though I told them they they not have to remove the king size mattress that I paid them $40 to remove. I said I’ve already taken the bed apart. It’s only gonna take you five minutes to get the mattress up the steps they were insistent on not waiting 15 minutes. They shove their way up by stairs breaking my antique stair rail and leaving my mattress wrapped up in plastic, and when I unwrapped it and had a big rip in the bottom of it, they refused to do anything about it. They refuse to fix my stairwell, and they also denied it even though I had witnesses. Their delivery people were very inexperienced. Take pride in someone’s home whether it’s antique or who’s ever it is be careful there’s more to a day than getting your stuff delivered. I’ve had professional movers in and out of this house several times moving stuff and they haven’t damaged anything I would not ever use this company again.!!!
