    I have been a patient here for over 11years and have always appreciated Docs work, so much so I even drove from Harrison Ohio for him to do all my dental work. Over the years we grew a bond that apparently comes apart at the seams when his front desk girls do not turn in his bills and I call for an appointment to have not the 1st, but the 3rd crown replacement needed. I am told during this call that I have an overdue bill of nearly $1000 from over a YEAR AGO. Highly shocked, as I never leave the office without paying my $500-1500 bill every time I walk into the office. Without hesitation I always pay. I understandably, with a loose crown, got very upset when I was told this. I asked why I haven't gotten a bill in the mail or why nobody has even called me. I was told my mail was returned. Very odd as I have lived here for over 9 years and she did confirm the correct address. After she calmed me down a little, as this threw me way off, and I was in bawling tears, she stated she would speak to the Dr and get back with me. Great. I called today, which is a little over 2 weeks now, barely hanging on to this crown on my front tooth, and announced my name, the phone was slammed in my ear. I called back, announced my name and mention I was just hung up on, the phone slams in my ear again. The only answer I wanted was who decided I wasn't a patient here anymore, the front desk or the Dr because no matter who it was, I did my part. Them not mailing out the bill or letting me know the estimated amount over a year ago to pay right then, is by far my fault. All you had to do was tell me it's best we part ways because you couldn't handle me getting upset over a surprise $1,000 bill. Utter Shock!!! Shame on you Dr P********. Shame. On. You.
