    Andrew R*****, contact me under Sun Stoppers Window Tint, but I learned the company is (owned/operated under Peach and Cake Window Tint) clearly wanted my service to tint my car windows. I gave dates/time for service but R***** became rude/nasty with me when I simply asked for directions. When I complained Andrew R*****, continued the harassment by continually sending me emails and calling me like a crazy person. Now that I learned Andrew R*****, is advertising under Sun Stoppers but owned/operated under a totally different business name Peach and Cake Window Tint, which would be under false advertisment to customers like myself. Andrew R*****, needs to advertise under Peach and Cake Window Tint, to avoid any warranty issues that is advertised/serviced under Sun Stoppers. At anytime, warranties would not be honored or valid altogether. I believe this was the reason, R*****, became rude/nasty with me, due I was asking questions and directions which was the wrong one due to the company is not listed under Sun Stoppers its actually listed under Peach and Cake Window Tint. (False Advertistment)

    You are a liar. I have screenshots, emails, and phone records proving what you are saying is a bold faced lie and completely inaccurate. You have been emailing me, my company, and the local police department all because YOU were upset you couldn't navigate directions and you became lost, and missed your appointment time. STOP emailing me and leave me alone before I press charges for harassment, as well as slander and libel. If you are a paralegal, you should know what you are doing is illegal and unlawful. Leave us alone and get a life. I have all of the proof showing that you have lied multiple times, and CONTINUE to harass and Email. Stop, before I take legal action against you. Seek professional mental help.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, reasons for rejection are included below.


    The fact, this so called business (Andrew R*****-Peach and Cake Window Tint) did not explain nor provide evidence why they are advertising under a different business (Sun Stoppers).  This is the sole reason Andrew R***** became angry at me and started harassing me via email/phone calls when I started demanding answers regarding the deceptive business practice.  I had to contact Florence Ky Police Dept to force Andrew R*****-Peach and Cake Window Tint to stop contacting me. (SEE ATTACHED EMAIL TO FLORENCE, KY POLICE).  Other-words this business response is a direct TIt or Tat behavior using my words/complaint against Andrew R***** for his response against me.  Without giving explanation to me/all other consumers including BBB regarding this issue is continuing false advertising/sales practice. ******* Laws regarding Deceptive Company/Sales Practice must force this business to either change it name legally to (Sun Stoppers) or terminate/shut down Peach and Cake Window Tint with  sanctions/fines for violating the laws mentioned within.   This business have not tried to comply in stopping false advertising/business practices under Sun Stoppers. Therefore, I request (Andrew R*****-Peach and Cake Window Tint) be reported to ******* Attorney General Offices.  And Post this response online for all consumers to review.    I recommend, (Andrew R*****-Peach and Cake Window Tint) have 7 days to comply with all the legal issues mentioned within.  Again, See my ***** ******* Attachment of Evidence in support.
