    "I’ve been a long-term customer of this business at several different properties and within a matter of two weeks, they have charged me for service that I cannot verify was performed. They have changed their trucks, not knocked on my door and notified me of who they are and then have hung up on me twice when I’ve called to rectify the situation after they charge me for a service again cannot verify was actually performed and cannot verify what day the service were performed on." ...
