    Like everyone else I would give this company a zero if I could & would have never ordered from them had I known they were in China. I ordered a pair of sandals, size 13, they arrived late because they were shipped from mainland China. When I received them the package they were shipped in was smashed and taped up. The sandals were not true to size, very cheaply made and smelled of some kind of toxic dye so bad I had to put them in the garage. I tried to contact them by phone which didn't work, then by email which took days for them to answer, to get a full refund. They sent me an address in mainland China to ship my order back to at my expense. Here is their refund policy listed on their website:
    "you can request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
    To be eligible for a refund, simply contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order and let them know that you would like to request a refund. There is no need to return the product to us, and there are no hidden fees or charges. We will process your refund as soon as possible, and you will receive your money back in full."
    People Do Not order from this company!!!!

    This is a *************** posing as a business in the *************. They list a company address in ******** but they are out of *****. Their phone number is simply an answering machine directing you to send an email, and their email responses are all generic responses that don't apply to your issue. I foolishly ordered a child's toy plane thinking they were in ********, but as soon as I received the confirmation that they received my order I reached out to ask where the order would be shipping from. They told me they are in *****. I never would have ordered if I knew that. Not only did my order not arrive in time to give it as a birthday gift (because it was shipped across countries), but when it arrived, we were disappointed to learn that the item sang in Chinese. The box was covered in Chinese writing, had Air China stickers, and sang in Chinese. False advertising. Nowhere in the images of the item online did it show or mention any of this. When I reached out immediately to cancel my order, they waited days to respond to then tell me it was too late. I figured no problem, I will simply return it when the item arrived, based on their 100% satisfaction policy of a full refund with no need to return the item. When I tried to return it, they told me several times I could no longer cancel my order. I was not trying to cancel it, I was trying to return it. Then they told me I had three options: I could return ship it at my own cost, keep the item for a 50% refund, or keep the item for a store credit. Several times I sent screenshots of their policy pulled directly from their website, pointing out their policy that there is no need to return it and they will refund 100% of your money. I told them I would claim fraud with my bank and report them to the BBB. They don't care. They are scamming people and I imagine many, many people are falling for it. Look out for scammers like this and stay away!

     i could give this company 0 stars i would. They sold me a humingbird feeder and did not provide enough flowers for the product to be used. I have been emailing for several weeks and they told me they couldnt fix the issue unless i sent pics of the product. I had a hard time getting pics because this was a gift for my father who lives in another state and is an 80 year old man who doesnt know much about texting and such. I finally got some pictures of the product with the missing flowers and sent them to them as they requested. This was there response.     Very disappointed working with this company. I received a product in pieces when it should have arrived fully assembled. I tried contacting them through support ********** but the email address doesnt exist. When you call them you get a pre-recorded message encouraging you to email them, but you cant talk to anyone. Seems like one big scam!

    BUYER BEWARE. THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY This company plays bait and switch with their illegal actions. They promise free if it is not to your liking. I bought a size large jacket. It fit like a small. After numerous contacts with the company, they refused to take the return. They said I could have the jacket for half price because somehow they tried to blame me. Well, it still does not fit so I lost 50% of the money I spent and now have a useless jacket.

    If I could leave 0 stars I would. Made the mistake of buying a Christmas gift from this company. Took forever to arrive because they are a Chinese company so it ships from China. Thankfully I ordered early enough it arrived in time for Christmas. Gave the gift and heard that the day after Christmas they tried to use it and it didn't work. Contacted Nueby and they responded saying because I didn't report the defective product within 7 days of receiving it they couldn't return or exchange it even though they claim a 30 day return policy. Apparently if you tell them what they sent you is junk that drops to 7 days. Do not do business with this company, believe all the horrible reviews online that I unfortunately found after it was too late.

    They don’t honor their return policy. Do Not Buy From This Company. I bought toys for our grandkids, they arrived late, packaging was terrible, items were in boxes taped back together, and when I called to return, they said to do the return on line. I emailed them and heard back to take photos and send them. I did and they said just because the packaging was terrible, doesn’t mean the items don’t work. I refused any more communication with them and called my credit card company to dispute the entire purchase. The credit card company took back the charge from Nueby and I was refunded. Do Not Buy From This Company!

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I BELIEVE THEY COULD BE FROM COMMUNIST CHINA. THEY TAKE FOR EVER TO SHIP PRODUCTS SO THAT WHEN YOU RUN OUT OF TIME AND REQUEST A RETURN, THEY REFUSE.

    They do not honor their return policy, terrible products, terrible service. Don’t use them. The product I ordered did not look like the picture. Customer service said I can get a refund if I return it to China! The policy states full refunds and keep the product. Additionally, they want me to pay postage to China. They never disclosed they even ship from China. They are frauds, shop somewhere else
